During recent storm with very high winds, I saw the cap on my chimney flapping in the wind. Called Summit and explained my problem. He sent someone to fix , who arrived just before the rains started . He fixed the cap problem and also found vent about to fly off and fixed that. Save me from a lot of indoor damage if the rain had hit .they were fast efficient and were nice to work with. Highly recommend

After receiving 4 estimates for a partial reroof, we chose Summit based on the interaction with Ken. He was thorough with his assessment of what our roof needed and cognizant that we didn't want to spend more than necessary. The job was scheduled for a few weeks out. On the day of the project, the guys showed up to do the job on time. They are both older gentlemen who clearly have a lot of years of experience between the two of them. They we're both friendly and professional. I especially appreciated the care taken in the clean up of my yard and roof after the job was done. I specifically joined yelp today to do this review because in our day and age, it seems like you rarely get the quality of work that you pay for...this company did exactly what I expected them to do and then some!

We've been managing homeowner associations in the Sacramento area for nearly 20-years and have found Summit Roofing to be an excellent vendor. They get right out on all roof leaks we call into them, they contact the residents, they make the repairs, and they even follow-up with the residents to make sure their repairs worked. On re-roofing projects, we've found them to be very reasonably priced, they carry the requisite insurance, accomodate resident schedules, and don't surprise us with a lot of extras/change orders. We highly recommend Summit for any homeowner association roof replacement or repairs.

Found a leak near the fireplace and fixed it on first visit. Installed a vent to help cool my garage. The owner was really easy to work with and the prices were great. Will use them again should the need arise.
