I used summit to do a roof on an income property. The job they did was phenomenal. I then went on to have them do the door on my primary house.

They are fast, clean working conditions, and honest. We expected some wood rot when the roof was being replaced, but it turned out we needed very little. That was a big $$$ saver for me!

Brian Enoch of Summit Construction refused to fix items that should have been corrected from the onset of construction. A door in a bedroom that was taken off the hinge and replaced incorrectly so that the door would not shut all the way(that's basic carpentry). He sent a carpenter out to see the problem then decided it wasn't in his scope to fix. I was aggressive and assertive in my demands as a consumer. He then threatened to sue me if I didn't take the review down. Who's vindictive? I have a right to my opinion, and threatening legal action only shows a level of deception and lack of transparency that this company will go to to hide their incompetence.
