I would of have a negative star rating if I could of but u have to give one star to do a review so I hired this company to replace the roof they did the job but the roof has many problems from ripped shingles to nailheads coming threw the shingles and many more issues also they refuse to to the job properly so that leads to more issues so if you want your roof done properly & professionally use a different roofing company

I had a very challenging roofing problem, and Nick and Mark were very professional and offered an economic and timely solution that came out great. I will definitely go back to them for any future roofing problems, and I highly recommend them for roofing needs around Largo or Clearwater!

I am absolutely appalled by this company. My parents purchased a new roof that did not pass inspection. My father called them numerous times to have someone come out to fix it. He spoke with Eddy and asked him to fix the problem. Eddy proceeded to use profanity and told my father ""F*** you"" After calling several more times they said they will send someone out.
We asked that they come when my father is there which was after 4:30 p.m. Today 12/27/2022 at 3:30 PM Eddy goes to my parents house and my mom asked if he can please come back after 4:30 p.m. he said well I'm here now. My mother is 82 and needed her husband to be there to speak with him. As I was on the phone with her Eddy raised his voice to my mom and said hell be back. As he was driving off he flicked my mother off. This company is unprofessional & ghetto. Please get your roof done elsewhere or you'll end up getting cursed out, flicked off and have a roof that can not pass inspection.

Another business owner with no integrity . It's amazing to me how they stay in business . Eddie the owner came out to our property no paper,pencil,tape measure,looks at the job and tells me he can do it and will have a quote later that day. After a week of not hearing from Eddie I call the company to see what happened. They said they would have Eddie call me . And as you may guess he hasn't. And he's the owner , Good job Eddie

Summer Breeze Roofing finished my $60,000 tile roof in December 2021. I am moving and found out in March that there was no roofing permit with the City of Clearwater. After 3 months of being lied to by Eddie (the owner), I am having to file a complaint today with the licensing board of Pinellas County to try and obtain a permit. I had a leak that ruined my ceiling because they did not put new flashing. Now there is a huge probleml with the runoff!!
WARNING, at least contact the City of Clearwater planning department to verify that even when they do apply they do not close the permit!!!
There should be a rating for Awful and nightmare on this company

Driving down 275 on my way to my school's graduation, my car was hit by multiple shingles and other debris that flew out from a Summer Breeze Roofing trailer. I attempted to get away from the truck/trailer, but unfortunately ended up behind it again. More shingles and debris flew out hitting my car again. There was a considerable amount of damage- scratches to paint, windshield, and passenger window. I took pictures of the damage and called the company that afternoon and left a message. My call was returned by a gentleman that left an apologetic message inquiring about the damage. I played phone tag the next couple of days. I finally spoke to a female receptionist who advised me to send pictures of the damage when I returned from out of town. I emailed the photos of the damage when I returned and received this in response ""Please Call Outlaw Hauling 727-452-4583 as they will be able to further assist you."" Their response was completely contradictory to the tone of previous communications. I inquired about why I was to call this other hauling company and received this response- ""It is our advertising not our trailers."" I emailed again after I attempted to contact the hauling company with no response. I even asked for additional contact information. If this is a company that they subcontract, they'd surely have additional contact information. I was ignored. I ended up taking my car to two different detail shops in attempt to fix the damage. It was the second shop that was able to lessen the appearance of the damage. Thankful to a kind gentleman that stepped away from his duties to help! This could have been an easy fix, but it is clear that this company is unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. Fortunately the damage wasn't too severe, but imagine how much worse this could have been. Their unsafe processes to secure THEIR debris is a potential safety issue and if Summer Breeze Roofing is unwilling to take accountability to fix a relatively simple issue, imagine what will happen if they make a mistake on the roof of your home! Advertising only or not- this company needs to do better!

Very unprofessional, do not clean up after theirselves, leave a huge mess for several house and their employees keep saying ""no english."" The owner told me to go fuck myself, they are not replacing my roof, lol

Over the last few years, I've patched the roof as I discovered leaks knowing I was only delaying the inevitable, a new roof. A leak in the sunroom was no big deal which resulted in a simple patch. A leak in the unused corner of the living room no big deal which resulted in a simple patch. However a leak in the bedroom during several days of hard rain put me in high alert. I spoke to a coworker to ask for a recommendation, who without hesitation, recommended Eddie with Summer Breeze Roofing.

I phoned Eddie and he answered on the first try. He responded to my home and evaluated the damage. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful about the replacement of my roof. He handled everything which was a relief off my already heavily burdened plate with other things in my life I had to manage. Eddie and Nick kept constant communication with me in reference to the project from start to finish. The crew arrive by 7 AM and began replacing the room. At the conclusion of each day, they did a thorough job cleaning the area of debris. They worked quickly and did an amazing job following up and addressing my concerns.

Overall my new roof looks great. All I have left is some touch up paint on the replaced wood. I definitely recommend Summer Breeze Roofing for your roofing needs.

We had a new roof and skylights installed in March. We are so happy with how everything turned out. This company runs like a fine oiled machine. They left the outside of my house spotless no debris anywhere. We highly recommended Summer Breeze Roofing!!

In Feb of 2020, we had our 40 year old concrete tile roof replaced by Summer Breeze Roofing. We cannot find enough good things to say about this company. Not only did they have the lowest bid of the four that we got, their bid included all materials. If there was wood decking that needed replacement (which there was) it was included. Other bids that we received included some replacement material but left an opening for additional change order costs. Another great practice of Summer Breeze is they did not need any money down whereas all other companies wanted 50% down before the tile would be ordered. Bud did our quote, and he worked with us to refine requirements on getting new replacement skylights and an additional sun tunnel skylight. By the way, if you are getting a new roof, you should really consider adding sun tunnels as it is a great way to brighten a room at relatively low cost. Nick did a good job in the home office keeping us informed as to the scheduling of the delivery of the tile and when installation would begin. Alex and his install crew did an amazing job of removal of the old roof, installation of new, and cleanup. Besides being low bid, our decision to award the job to Summer Breeze was driven by the fact that they allowed us to got to ABC Supply and pay for the materials directly using a credit card which allowed us to get frequent flier miles at no additional cost. This was a new practice for Summer Breeze, but it worked out very well for us. Lastly, if you are having trouble picking a replacement tile style/color, we would recommend the Eagle Tile Design Center in Altamonte Springs.
