Don't expect to hear back from Sully Jones with an estimate. In mid February we, per the recommendation of our painter, contacted Kim (office manager is my understanding) of Sully Jones for a estimate on beam replacement required before painting. At that time, she told us that due to the extensive rain we were experiencing, it would take three to four weeks to get back to us and provide an estimate. Sounded reasonable, so far so good.

No word through February and then all of March. I called the office on April 1st and was told the estimator was given the assignment February 15th; and that the office would ""light a fire under him"" Sure enough, the next day Ronnie showed up, was walked around the property and said he would get the estimate to us by email. As of this morning (April 11th), still no estimate; so called the office early in the morning and left a message for Kim. No call from her.

We had a timeline and a deadline for this project which, thanks to Sully Jones, is impossible to achieve. Tomorrow I will be calling our painter to give him the sad news that our project can not proceed at this time and he may want to have a word with Sully Jones.

Sulley Jones is the best roofing contractor I have ever dealt with and I have been through many roofers. They are reliable and do outstanding work. Chris worked with me on our reroof and gave me the best product for the best price for my commercial building. They finished the job quickly and no change orders! For the first time in 20 years this winter we had no leaks! I have also began using them for all my repairs. They are quick and get the job done. You can also trust them to do the job right and not cheat you (not like the other roof repairmen around town). I highly recommend them for all roofing needs.

The estimate was a fair price for the tune up work needed and the estimator was on time, able to explain the issues and work needed and extremely patient with my client. Sully Jones was highly referred to me by a colleague of mine. I was on the board for my HOA in East County and needed a good reputable roofing company to re-roof the entire complex. I called Steve Johnson and he was available, professional and ready for the task. He attended a board meeting with his partner at Sully and presented an excellent proposal to us. They explained everything and were very thorough to ensure we had a really good understanding of the job and what it entailed. They got the job, and the board has continued to use them for maintenance and service. This is definitely a company that stands behind their word, and produces nothing but excellent work! I have known for a few years that a new roof was inevitable but was putting it off. I received a letter in the mail stating that Sully - Jones did my roof 15 years ago so I gave them a call and made an appointment to get an estimate. Steve met me at the house, we went up on the roof together and he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and concerns in terms that I could understand. I decided to go with them because they are a time honored company, they did my roof before and did a great job and I felt confident this time around as well.
They are accountable (I find this quality to be a rare one) - met appointment times, installed the new roof when they said they would, in the time frame that they promised, worked efficiently and quietly , respected the space and returned everything exactly the way they found it. Kim who runs the office is amazing. She promptly called me back and when we ran into a little snag instead of dropping me as a customer (I had already paid the invoice) she had someone come out to the house to do an extra repair on the eaves. They were done improperly 8 years ago and now finally they are secure because Sully - Jones knows what they are doing. I couldn't be happier with their work and professionalism. Thank you so much Kim for holding things together and staying on top of this job.

I am in the management industry and Sully-Jones has worked on, and still are working on, several of my properties. Because of the wonderful work and the interaction with the owners of the properties, they were the only company I called when I had my home done. They were fantastic and best of all no change orders. Their estimators know what they are doing and looking for. It is always a great experience and I highly recommend them.

I had my roof done by Sully-Jones, I had not had this bad of a experience before. Job was done with the cheapest quality material . Their warranty is just a trap. they dont cover any damage due to the leakage which is totally nu-acceptable. My roof was done on 2007 with 15 years of warranty.The sealing started leaking when i called them for the warranty the only offered me a patch repair, which is mostly a temporary until the warranty is expires. I totally DONT recommend this company

The re-roof is completed! It's clean and watertight and Sully-Jones stuck with us to the very end.
