We needed a new flat roof and received estimates from several roofing companies. We contacted Sully-Jones Roofing after receiving a referral from a friend whose husband had passed away and who was having financial difficulties. After learning about her situation through her church, Sully-Jones accomplished the needed repairs free of charge. Their estimate for us was done promptly and was significantly lower than their competitors. Ed, Kim, and the workers were outstanding and we are extremely delighted with our new roof and the professional and prompt service we received. To say that we highly recommend them is an under statement!

Sully-Jones was recommended to me by a past customer who has used them to service commercial properties. I wasn't sure they would want to be bothered with a rather minor roof leak in the garage of our home.

To my pleasant surprise, they were interested in such a small job. Ronnie Brown, their estimator, visited within 2 days and provided a very competitive and detailed quote. After accepting their bid, Sully-Jones was able to schedule the repair work the following week and it was completed on schedule and quite efficiently.

We appreciate their courtesy, quite reasonable pricing and excellent service. We would definitely use them again and heartily recommend to others!

Ed came out because we had a leak on the side of our house stating from the roof. Ed was professional, punctual, and was extremely helpful. After getting on the roof and assessing the problem, he told me it was not the roof and an issue with the gutter. He was honest and transparent about the problem, and gave me a referral for gutter repair. I highly recommend Sully-Jones roofer and be sure to ask for Ed.

Unprofessional to say the least. I went to Yelp to get a quote on a roof repair and then was told a completely different price once the job was job. The employees arrived late and had to go back to get more equipment because they were originally ill prepared. Which cause a delay in the whole process. Overall, terrible experience.

I just had my roof finished with Sully-Jones and they did a wonderful job with my roof in Crown Point. The whole team communicated with me and the gentlemen who completed the roof showed up at 7:15am on the nose every morning, were super polite and knocked the job ahead of schedule. They brought materials over early so I can paint them before the job which made my life a lot easier. Ed the Sales Consultant delivered the material personally and was very helpful walking me through the process. I'd highly recommend this company.

It is like pulling teeth when it comes to getting an accurate quote from Sully-Jones Roofing. On 6/19/19, an estimator came out to my property. I received a quote on 6/24/19. The quote did not state several issues that I know need to be repaired. I notified the estimator with my questions/concerns and asked for an updated quote 6/24/19. Well, today is 7/2/19 and I have yet to even hear back from him. If you have lack of communication on preparing a quote, what makes you think I can trust you with the repairs of my roof. No thank you.

Don't expect to hear back from Sully Jones with an estimate. In mid February we, per the recommendation of our painter, contacted Kim (office manager is my understanding) of Sully Jones for a estimate on beam replacement required before painting. At that time, she told us that due to the extensive rain we were experiencing, it would take three to four weeks to get back to us and provide an estimate. Sounded reasonable, so far so good.

No word through February and then all of March. I called the office on April 1st and was told the estimator was given the assignment February 15th; and that the office would ""light a fire under him"" Sure enough, the next day Ronnie showed up, was walked around the property and said he would get the estimate to us by email. As of this morning (April 11th), still no estimate; so called the office early in the morning and left a message for Kim. No call from her.

We had a timeline and a deadline for this project which, thanks to Sully Jones, is impossible to achieve. Tomorrow I will be calling our painter to give him the sad news that our project can not proceed at this time and he may want to have a word with Sully Jones.
