With a background as an IT Network Architect and Project Manager with 15 years of experience at TEKwatch, Inc., where he led a 30-employee IT consulting firm, specializing in network engineering, web design, graphic design, and project management. His notable clients included Visa International and Wells Fargo Bank, as well as various others in the Bay Area. Additionally, he purchased distressed homes in the San Francisco Bay Area, remodeled them, and resold them from 1997 to 2005 before relocating to Sacramento to focus on construction and obtained his General Building Contractor License in 2005. His upbringing in a family engaged in commercial property development provided him with early exposure to the trades.

Alan Sukin, the founder of Sukin Development, has spent 25 years learning the trades on-site, from maintenance to tenant improvements. He began acquiring distressed homes in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1997, remodeling and reselling them until 2005, when he moved to Sacramento to fully commit to construction and development and providing services to residential homeowners and commercial property managers.

Sukin Development is a locally owned and operated business in El Dorado Hills, California, serving the Greater Sacramento Area and is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We offer a range of services, including residential construction, remodels, additions, landscaping, REO foreclosure rehabilitation, and more in the Greater Sacramento Area.
