We work closely with homeowners and contractors to create plans for demolition, remodeling, and additions, while also obtaining required permits, to ensure we stick to a project plan and work effectively to meet deadlines, weather permitting.

Our founder has a history as an IT Network Architect and Project Manager, having spent 15 years at TEKwatch, Inc., overseeing a 30-employee IT consulting firm, focusing on network engineering, web design, graphic design, and project management. His largest clients included Visa International and Wells Fargo Bank, among others in the Bay Area. Additionally, he purchased distressed homes in the San Francisco Bay Area, remodeled them, and resold them from 1997 to 2005 before relocating to Sacramento to focus on construction and acquired his General Building Contractor License in 2005. Growing up, he gained experience from his father, who was involved in commercial property development, exposing him to various trades from a young age.

The founder of Sukin Development, Alan Sukin, has over 25 years of hands-on experience in the trades, from maintenance to tenant improvements. Starting in 1997, he purchased distressed homes in the San Francisco Bay Area, remodeled them, and resold them until 2005, when he transitioned to Sacramento to dedicate himself to construction and development and providing services to residential homeowners and commercial property managers.

Sukin Development is a locally owned and operated business in El Dorado Hills, California, serving the Greater Sacramento Area and holds full licensing, bonding, and insurance. We provide residential construction, remodels, additions, landscaping, REO foreclosure rehabilitation, and various other trades in the Greater Sacramento Area.
