The phone call process was clunky as I was asked for information 2-3 times and transferred that many times as well. It almost felt sketchy. My five stars is for Christian's service. I made an appointment for someone to come out to check our small roof leak. Christian called to confirm my appointment the morning of and arrived on time. He took a look at the roof and found an opening that he recommended to repair. He had the caulking that he needed and fixed the opening for free! I gave him a tip for his troubles. Christian was very professional and polite.

this is a very professional, thorough, & personable organization. my initial contact with carlos was about tarping a portion of our roof, but soon turned into a full-out replacement (with re-decking!) AND interior repair and painting.
i especially appreciated his advice and assurances regarding the various stages of the project-everyone was very helpful.

Carlos Elizondo, Jr. did an inspection on my roof when I thought I had a small leak. He was very professional - service was outstanding! He walked the entire roof and didn't try to convince me that I had anything wrong. He gave his honest opinion and caulked all of my satellite brackets that had been left by workers and caulked around my chimney where needed. He did point out that I may need a new attic fan because mine is not activating even though we set it at a much lower temperature. I will probably have to get a new one - you can bet I will use Carlos to do my work when I am ready to get this done! A can't say enough nice things about this young man - he knows the roofing business and educated me on my roof in general while he was working.

Second, they mounted some copper flashing, that had caused other contractors to give up. Shout out to Carlos Jr. who stuck with the flashing issue and got it done.

This company deserves every star and then some - extraordinary customer service. We needed a new roof yet dreaded the re-roofing process. The high reviews on Yelp were the reason we hired this company. Carlos was courteous and prompt in meeting us for a bid. He did not mind coming in the evening. My husband is familiar with the process and not easily impressed, but was certainly impressed with Carlos' knowledge of both the materials and process. Carlos was professional and friendly, as well as proactive in giving his opinion on what we could do on our part to make the process less stressful for us and our pets. From covering our pool and shrubs to cleaning up later, Carlos was always in contact with us to address our concerns. Well, we have been out of our home for 8 months now due to flooding twice in 14 months and having to deal with several, terrible and dishonest contractors both times. The very last thing we needed to face was a roof leak on top of everything else, but low and behold we get one....Now we have to back up even more and repair more sheetrock damage because of this new, scary problem. We prayed that it wasn't something major because it would be more money out of pocket.

Anyway, we called two roofing companies and neither returned our calls. When I found this company on yelp and called this morning (ON A SUNDAY) and a human being named Carlos Jr. actually answered the phone, that alone made me feel some sort of victory, so you know I must be desperate for a win. And he was nice too??? Can't be. So when Carlos Jr. told me that he was willing to come and meet us at the house in 2 hours, I then felt faint. Still skeptical because of everything we've been through with so many other companies, I emphatically thanked him while preparing myself for a disappointment at the same time just in case he didn't show up. Well, he did show up. On time. With a big smile on his face. Very personable. Very positive. Very well-mannered and sweet spirited. OH, OH, I thought...Too good to be true. He gets on the roof and immediately finds the problem. An old framing nail backed out. He fixes it. He walks the rest of the roof and finds a couple of other potential future problems. He fixes them. He feels pretty confident that the problem is solved. He doesn't charge us because it was minor. Did you hear what I said?!? I still can't believe it....That never happens to us. We have been taken advantage of so many times that we just come to expect it now. Most companies these days lack honesty and integrity, not to mention kindness...This one seems to have those three traits in spades. I still can't believe it.

I realize that the next storm will soon tell us if the minor fix he applied will indeed be the true solution to our problem, but it was still a pleasure meeting him nonetheless. We are so truly and deeply grateful that we wanted every yelp reader and consumer to know about this experience. THANK YOU Carlos Jr. (and company) for being so helpful, kind and gracious. It is quite rare. We hope y'all receive many blessings in return.
