Called on behalf of someone that is not able to call around to get new roof estimates and the person I spoke with lady receptionist asked for my name and last, verified phone number and made a big deal that I was not the owner of the location where the project would be taking place. All I wanted was an estimate I don't know about anyone else but seems a bit extreme for a ""QUOTE"" request. The lady's excuse for such an inquisition was that they needed the information of home owner so that when and if we made an agreement to get their services they could call and inform that technicians were on their way. I have never heard of such thing made my FIRST experience a very difficult and uncomfortable one. I recommend you go elsewhere, cause if they give first time customer such a difficult time I can only imagine what it will be like if I were to commit to establishment. Have a great day everyone and stay safe out there and for this place correct your business tactics ASAP!!!

As a Real Estate Agent we always try to compare and gives clients at least 3 business company to compare. Sugarland Premier roofing stands out by far. They came on time and came with only one day requests and even worked us on schedule. To our Surprise their bids are reasonable. What impressed me and the buyer is they are honest and gives detailed reporting.
When they inspect the property roof which was 23 yrs old they did thorough inspection and said the roof didn't need any repairs since it was fixed in some
Areas and can hold three years more. Where one
Company said it needs Replacement ASAP. They inspected it well and could just easily say the same as the other to get their effort and time paid. But they were solid honest and so worthy to be recommended.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided and the job performed by the SLPR team. I had roof damage from the elements that resulted in interior damage, all of which required an insurance claim. In the process of working with roofing companies, Sugar Land Premier Roofing was the first company that consistently showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They helped me develop a plan to work with the insurance company, performed the inspection alongside the field insurance adjuster, followed up with the desk adjuster on the claim status, and got going on repairs immediately after the claim was approved. I was impressed at how much personal ownership the employees and the company owners took during the entire process, even taking time to drive me around my neighborhood and show me different options for new roofing materials. Their roofing team was incredibly fast and efficient, and did a great job cleaning up the worksite. They took care of the interior damage as well and everything looks good as new. Special thanks to Chris Prewitt in Sales for working directly with the insurance adjusters and the post-job review, and Carlos Elizondo (one of the owners) for his boots on the ground and hands-on supervision through each part of the job! Nothing but professionalism, quality, and timeliness from Sugar Land Premier Roofing!

I didn't end up using these guys because my HOA stepped in and handled the repairs I needed done, but I had such a positive and professional experience with Christian. He came out quickly and got me a quote together within a few days of coming out. The pricing was reasonable as well! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for professional service. Christian is one of the only guys to follow up with me and make sure I was taken care of, either way.

Noticed a leak in my roof after all the heavy rains this week. I called this company, Cristian came out to inspect the roof the very next day. Quickly found the cause and fixed it the same day. I find it kind of weird, that I have to sign a commitment before I can get a quote or discuss materials used because I am working with my homeowners insurance. Sounds like shady business.

They worked with our insurance and it's been an extremely smooth process so far. The company was very responsive, showed up to our appointments early, and finished our roof in a day and half with a large crew of workers. The roof looks great!

Called Carlos Jr. out to find and fix a leak. He located it and did a quick fix then did a causal inspection of the entire roof and suggested I make a claim against my insurance company for the damage caused by recent storms. He did a few minor repairs, at no charge, to hold us over. From that point on, I was working with a group of professionals that handled everything and made sure we got a secure, solid roof that is going to last. It looks fantastic!
