To begin this company was the only one that we contacted for estimates that was able to design a solution to the current problem with our deck's fiberglass roof so that it would qualify for the State fortified roof requirements and grant. They did an excellent all around job whereas the final inspector told us that ""this roof isn't going anywhere"". As a result of our fortified roof certification we received a 21.5% discount on our homeowners policy. The team is commendable. Without reservation we would recommend Suburban Roofing.

We just hired Marty to replace our roof with a fortified roof. My husband was a roofer back in his college years so he is picky about a roof. I can't say enough good about our experience. He knows what he is doing and compared to others who had bid on project was thorough and made sure all issues addressed. Final price was below the amount originally bid. Highly recommend this Company. Not only were the office personnel friendly and helpful, so was the salesperson who came to my home. As a 1st time residential roof replacement customer, I had many questions. He was patient and took the time to explain everything to me. Totally unprofessional. The office staff and owners are sooo unorganized it's laughable. The young guy that came out said they would do the roof then cancelled or didn't show up for two follow-up meetings. You've been warned!

There were some errors made when the crew working for suburban roofing replaced my roof after Zeta. It leaked again during Ida. I called and left messages, and texted the project manager several times he put me off, explained that he was very busy and would call later, never did and has not responded. The project manager did not stand by his company's job. Never even came out to see about it. I would not recommend them at all.

They did the roof with attention to detail. They'll actually hand nail upon request. Best priced too... they'll even work with your insurance company to get all the funds they need for a top notch roof. They are claims specialist and explained everything to us, they handled it all.
No leaks! Cleaned the entire yard and driveway. Watch out for all the slick storm chasers, call the local guys, the best!

Marty and his crew did a great job on my roof. I brought my home in 1978. This is my third new roof replacement. Suburban has done the best job by far. With all this rain recently , not a drop or leak within my home . Past crews did a bad job on the flashing around my chimney. Marty's crew did a little extra to make sure no leaks. Well done.
Very satisfied with Suburban's quality of work and I highly recommend them for any type of roofing job.

Suburban Roofing really stands behind their work. They replaced my mom's roof after Hurricane Katrina and with all of the recent storms lately, a small issue came up. We needed a new roof and within 1 hour of calling Marty, he was at our house in the attic and on the roof. We were shocked that he came out so fast and was able to replace our roof in 2 days. We were beyond happy with Marty and his crew. The crew picked up everything that came off the roof and placed it in the dumpster. We did not have to do any cleaning at all.
