I was referred to this company by a family member. I had some wind and hail damage on my roof. Jeremy came out and did a couple of inspections. He dealt directly with State Farm. He had a crew out within a week replacing the roof to an upgraded architectural roof. They have been extremely easy to work with and communicative. I'm extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company!!!!

Two days before I was leaving town for 3 months I discovered roof shingles on my back lawn. I immediately texted my former roofer, who unbeknownst to me had retired. He kindly forwarded my text to Jeremy Tubbs at Suburban Roofing and asked him to contact me. Jeremy contacted me almost immediately but by now I had already left town. Jeremy explained about my former roofer retiring but said he could definitely help me. And he did. Within a couple of days he was out checking my roof, determined that I would need a new one and to contact my insurance carrier. Jeremy worked with my adjuster and my new roof was installed within about 10 days. Jeremy kept in touch with me the entire time. Even though I was out of town Jeremy managed to get the old roof removed and install the new one. And actually he hadn't even received full payment yet. It was certainly a relief to me to have this work completed and not incur any other damage had it lingered on. It was a pleasure working with Jeremy. He is professional, courteous and timely. Thank you Jeremy. Pauline

Sunurban Roofing replaced our entire roof which was damaged by a hail storm. From the technician that came out to inspect our roof, the advisor, Vicki Hach, that worked with our insurance company, to all the guys that worked on our roof, the process was seamless. Everyone did a great job keeping us informed throughout the entire process. We were shown upgrade options, which gave us additional warranty on our roof. Our new roof looks fabulous! We were totally pleased with their work and highly recommend this company! A great group of professionals to work with no doubt about it!

If you need a new roof, I am happy to recommend Suburban Roofing. First they came out and did a roof inspection and explained our options. We had some damage from a hail storm and the entire roof needed to be replaced. They worked with our insurance company and with us for a very easy transaction. Once approved by our insurance company, they came out and installed our new roof. My husband had some concerns, and they easily handled all of his concerns. These guys worked so hard, they were all so professional, and their hard work paid off. Our roof looks fabulous. Suburban Roofing is run by folks you can trust. I highly recommend this roofing company.

In 2009 my family made the mistake of contracting with Suburban Roofing to replace a leaking roof with a new roof. At that time we were very dissatisfied with the materials they used and their workmanship. The roof still leaked but the owner of Suburban insisted they were not responsible to fix it, so we found someone else to repair the leak.
In June of 2018 the ceiling over our front door began leaking during heavy rains. After our bad experience with Suburban we contacted a roofing company near us who came highly recommended. They discovered that Suburban Roofing had failed to follow standard roofing practices and did not flash the roof over the front door where it met the brick wall of the garage. Water had gotten in under the shingles there and completely rotted out the roof decking. It cost $1800 to repair.
The roofing company who fixed the roof sent me an email with the bill which read, ""Here are the images I took of the area over your front door. Upon inspection it was pretty clear that whoever put this roof on previously, neglected to put any kind of flashing under the shingles and against the brick siding of this area of your home. It was only a matter of time before you were going to have these serious issues/leaks in your entryway. I would certainly recommend you reach out to the previous contractor to see if they will cover your expenses, as this kind of oversight is unacceptable."" Over the next 8 months I tried to do so.
I sent 3 registered letters and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The owner responded to one letter but ignored the others and failed to address our complaints about failing to flash the roof according to code. He focused on legal technicalities to avoid any responsibility for the damages instead. My mother, father, and I were co-owners of the house on the property deed and lived there together, but my father was the one who made the call for the repair and whose name was on the warranty deed. Suburban said the warranty was not transferable to us, but only my father could make a warranty claim even though he had been dead for two years. In responding to the BBB complaint he used the same excuse, but added that he had dissolved Suburban Roofing and was no longer liable for any work he had done under that name. He is now incorporated at the same location, with the same website, advertising the same business, but as Suburban Roofing Enterprises, so warranties issued under the old company were no longer valid.
I tried to get a judgement against the owner in Magistrates Court. The judge was regrettably unwilling to rule about Suburban's failure to follow proper roofing practices because of those two legal technicalities, so the owner was able to avoid any responsibility for his work. My interaction with the owner during our time in court was very unpleasant. He was unconcerned about the quality of the work he did or the damages he created. He refused any attempt to mediate the situation, but kept repeating the same excuses as to why he was not responsible for the work he had done.
Suburban Roofing Enterprises and its owner advertise themselves as a servant company of integrity that follows ethical business practices. They demonstrated to me that their word is meaningless and not to be trusted, and that they will use every excuse they can use to avoid taking responsibility for the quality of their work. I am adding my experience to that of others who have had similar experiences with them and the lengths they will go to avoid responsibility for the warranty promises they make. Buyer beware!

I had several estimates for a new roof (January 2016). The owner came highly recommended and provided the most comprehensive written quote at a fair price. He was able to schedule the job and have everything completed less than a week after my initial call...including aerial views for exact measurements. He was at the job site from start to finish and was kind and compassionate during a difficult time for my family.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Tim Abernathy. He was working a neighbor's house and I asked for a quick inspection of my roof as I had some shingles that were loose. He came over, quoted me $250 to replace the loose ones and inspect the rest. This being a Saturday, Tim said the crew would come on Wednesday.
Imagine my surprise when Tim showed up the next day (Sunday). He said that with rain expected that eve, he felt it best that he get up and fix the two areas of shingles.
As it turns out, there was some more problem areas brought on by the original installation. Tim fixed those areas, inspected the rest of the roof declaring it fine. The cost was still $250, despite discovering and repairing more than was originally thought AND coming on a Sunday. Wow!
They have my endorsement.
