Dustin (President) brings over 19 years of experience and expertise to the table. He has worked his way up from helper to foreman, then supervisor, project manager, and now, entrepreneur. “Rising through the ranks has provided me with a valuable viewpoint that I incorporate into our operations,” he shares.

I am a roofing professional! Since I was 18, I have immersed myself in the roofing industry. My initial role involved traveling across the state to fix commercial (single-ply) leaks. Throughout my journey, I have gained experience in both commercial and residential roofing. This variety of experience has broadened my roofing knowledge. I have moved from a helper to a foreman, then a supervisor, a project manager, and finally, an entrepreneur. Climbing the ladder has given me a unique perspective that I apply to our company.
