Stubbs did a great job with replacing my roof. The crew worked quickly and communication was solid before the project started. During the project I was informed of any issues and I was consulted prior to them doing the work. The cost is about average compared to other companies but the service was exceptional.

After 30 years it was time for a new roof. We checked many, many reviews for roofers in the area and got estimates from 4 companies. All four were priced competitively with one another, so price really wasn't the determining factor. We chose Stubb's Roofing because they were the most responsive, answered our questions and addressed our concerns in layman's terms. The first day of the job, the crew arrived as scheduled and got right to work. The end of the day, they cleaned up, stored their materials and hauled away the debris. They discovered several issues once the old roof was removed and repaired them without any hassles. The entire project was completed in three days. After finally deciding to have the tarp removed from my roof, I called 3 local roofers for estimates and one major from out of town. Only 2 of the roofers followed up in a timely manner, Stubb's and the major from out of town. Estimates were in kind with each other so I chose Stubb's to stay local and boy am I glad I did.
They were in constant communication, keeping me updated with all the work going on. Workers showed up at 8 and worked hard all day. At the end of each day they would clean up very well.
I am a machinist by trade, so I do consider myself to have a high attention to detail. I also do a lot of home projects on my own, so I crawled attic and went on roof during process.
I had a new roof put on and I am extremely happy with the craftsmanship, workers, and overall experience from Stubb's roofing.

We heard good reviews about Stubbs so we decided to call and have someone come give us a quote. They were doing a house two doors down in the coming weeks and said they'd come over prior to that. Heard nothing for 3 weeks so while they were working on the neighbors house I called again and was again assured someone would come look at our roof. No one ever came and looked and never received a call back. Needless to say we will not be using them or recommending them. They've also had to return to our neighbors house more than twice to fix mistakes.
