Nick from stronghold was a pleasure to work with. At the beginning, we had some issues with Texas wind storm so Nick helped me find someone to handle my claim and after several months we finally got the approval. When it came to getting the roof put on the whole team did a wonderful job on my roof, and made the process very easy! I am very happy with my new roof and definitely recommend Stronghold!

I received several roofing quotes before deciding on Stronghold and ultimately went with them because of the friendliness and professionalism of the project manager for our roof. She sat down and explained how everything would work and what to expect. She worked with us on a few special requests and was quick to resolve the few issues we had. We have had poor experiences with various contractors in the past so I was really anxious about this project but it went smoothly and I would recommend Stronghold to anyone and even gave out a card to my neighbor!

Stronghold Restoration and Roofing was referred to me by a friend who is a real estate agent in this area. Shane came out and looked at my roof which had been leaking and suggested a total replacement. The TWIA inspector agreed with him. Shane was great on explaining everything and helping me file with TWIA. He was there when they put the roof on and followed up with me afterwards. The color of the roof I chose was perfect for my home and they did an awesome job putting it on. I have had many compliments on my new roof. They are a bit more expensive than some but I believe if you get a quality 30 year roof put on correctly it is worth it.

Jerry did a very good job in changing my roof. Jerry and his crew were very punctual. They came in the morning and got straight to work. They covered up my pool to make sure nothing got into it, and cleaned up the mess well. Jerry was reachable and very communicative from the beginning to the end. Thumbs up!

Eric Flynn is one of the main guys and has been there from the beginning. He was easy to speak to and work with as he has corrected any issues we had thus far on interior repairs that was included with my roofing. The roof has been amazing and it looks excellent. His recommendation on roofing material and style/color was perfect match for my house. His crews took on the challenge of my very steep roof and got the deal done in 1.5 days. They had to do a bit more than expected once the original roof was taken off. With that said, they can get the job done much quicker as my neighbor's was finished the same day. There was a bit of sloppiness in the removal of the original roof and the clean up. I found many nails in my yard that was missed in the magnetic pick up and my bushes were slightly damaged from the high drop off point of my roof; however, he paid to replace the plants.

As far as interior work, I wouldn't recommend it as I've requested repairs on the same job and received 3 different quality of painters to fix the patch and repair.
