I bought a house that Strong Roofing had installed for the previous owner. The roof was still under warranty, and I was experiencing a leak by the front door on the outside of the house. The response time was amazing! Emailing is the way to go with Strong Roofing. The lead man came the next morning and investigated the roof. He didn't find any flaws in the roofing installation, but did find a crack in the chimney connections that he was kind enough to caulk for me. The next rain storm I still experienced the same leak, so I emailed the company on a Sunday morning. By noon the lead man and a helper were at my house during another rain storm and found out it had nothing to do with the roof, but it was a problem with my siding bottom channel that was incorrect. They wanted to see the leak and went above and beyond the call of duty!!
They don't do roof repairs, so if that's what you need unfortunately you'll miss out on really great and conscientious people. If you need a new roof don't look around just call them and you'll be super happy.

I called this company about leaks in the roof at my rental in Gulfport. They responded immediately and sent someone out. I asked them to check the entire roof for any other problems. I was told that the only problems found were that 2 roof Jack's needed replacing and a small piece of rotted decking on the eave. Gave OK for the work. Took them over a week to get it done with much prompting from me and no return phone calls. Two weeks after work was done and paid for same leak appeared as well as new one. After several phone calls they did go out and said, ""we are not responsible for new leak and work we did is fine, but this roof needs replacing, and there are several nails pulled thru the shingles above the roof jack."" When asked why this hadn't been devulged while working on the roof, their answer was we are ""very busy"". This roof is only 12 yrs old, so I sent my personal roofer from Picayune out to look. He said the roof has 3 to 5 years of life left, and that the roof jack that they put in was installed improperly, there were no nails pulled thru. He did find one shingle missing and one small hole elsewhere in the roof which he fixed. This company should be called ""Wrong Roofing"" instead of Strong Roofing.

I e-mailed Mr. Burt about a Very small job on my place. He e-mailed me back within 2 hours saying he had a big job in my area (Vancleave) but, didn't know about getting a trailer out to pickup waste and he would see what he could do as we were up against a time frame. We had used Strong Roofing before and knew most of Chico's crew. They were polite, professional, and very skilled workers. They also had a great degree of pride in their workmanship. So it was a no-brainer to call on Mr. Burt. He flat took care of everything and at a very good price I might add. Mr. Burt is one of those rare individuals that when he tells you something and gives you his word, it's gold. When you need a roof done and done right, Call Strong Roofing. If you don't call them the first time, you will call them the second time. To get the job done right. Thanks Mr. Burt and Chico.

I called Strong Roofing to get my roof replaced after my insurance told me to get it fixed and then submit the receipts to them for a refund. Mr. Burt was very rude, belittled me, called me a fool for trying to get my roof fixed without paperwork ! What a jerk ! I would not even think about letting someone with so little respect for others to work on my roof. There is no guaranty that he will treat me well or even do the job well. BBB is a fake agency that does not allow complaints to be posted, that's why they have the A+ rating which is fake.
