I sit on a Board in Orange County. We have used Streamline for multiple projects and throughout the last year that have been great to work with. Their proposals are thorough as well as their work. Aaron one of their Project Managers always walks me through the bids and process , they are a breathe of dress air when it comes to Contractors. Keep up the good work Streamline!

From start to finish these guys did a great job on our HOA's wood replacement project. Crew wasn't sloppy like some other contractors we've had come through here, definitely want to use them again!

I called them and them came out to evaluate the condition of our balcony that was leaking. He said he would send an estimate in a few days. I called them a week later to check on the hold up. He said it would be a few more days. I never heard back from them. I stop pursuing because if you have to chase down a company to send an estimate for work and do not follow through, I think something is wrong. I want to work with professionals that follow through, not disorganized people who you cant trust.

We are association with 56 townhomes. This company been referred to us by Classic property Management company for Painting . They were extremely disorganized running from one place to other. They didn't clean the surfaces where they were painting properly before they paint including painting over spider webs they broke many tiles on our roofs and cost us money which according to them they are not responsible since it has written in contract .They even painted in not proper weather for painting. Very unprofessional work and disappointing.
