I wanted to take the time to thank Stratus Construction & Roofing for all the hard work that Anthony and Ricardo did for my family. We had interior damage after a storm and Stratus replaced our roof and performed interior work. Our interior work was denied at first, until Anthony laid hands on it. His attention to detail was able to find the proof of damage that was needed to change the denied claim to approved. He got us new floors and a new kitchen! We upgraded our countertops too! (we paid for an upgrade) Both my wife and I are deaf and communication was limited to text. Anthony answered all of my text messages even after hours which made all the difference! We are so happy and highly recommend this top notch company! We need more stars!

If I can give them a zero I would. I had my roof done by them and three years later my roof was leaking. I called them and it took a month For them to come and fix it. They must of picked up someone from the streets asking for a job that day because they put the shingles upside down and on the next rain water was pouring down into my garage. It literally looked like it was raining. Now all my garage ceiling is ruined and my garage is full of water. They came again and said they were bringing an expert. Again yesterday first rain of the season and water started pouring in my garage. I've contacted them and no answer. All these 5 star review are there because they give you money if you refer someone and write a good review. I know because I was one of them. This is not the company you want to replace or fix your roof. Don't be fooled by these reviews. I wish I could post pictures of what my roof looks like. Avoid avoid!!!!

Sought multiple quotes of roof replacement from a handful roofing companies in Orland which have good reviews in Yelp. Stratus Roofing was the company that took the time to understand our needs and answered all of our questions. Great roofing company. Sergio Pichardo was the primarily professional we dealt with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest not like some other roofing companies with many 5 stars reviews on Yelp. He provided us with the lowest price. So we decided to go with Stratus Roofing.

We glad we made right choice and are very happy Stratus Roofing's work. The whole process went super smooth from contract sign to permits application to roof installation to final pass the city inspection since Sergio had us covered. Sergio is always available whenever we have questions during the process by phone or text. The company did a great job of an entire removal of old roof and replacement with GAF ROOFING SYSTEM. They completed the job in 2 days. The site manager Hector communicated with us to keep us updated during the whole installation. They cleaned up yard and checked for nails. We were very impressed with everyone that we met. Very happy with the completed job.

If you need a new roof for your home, you don't need to go further. Stratus Roofing is the one that we highly recommend!

Great roofing company. George Held was the professional we dealt with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. We interviewed several other roofing companies. George impressed us with his honesty. He knew the products he discussed with us. He was a very good representative of Status Roofing. The company did a very good job of an entire removal of old roof and replacement with GAF ROOFING SYSTEM. A completed job in 2 days. The workers started early and were nice and considerate. The job leader communicated with us to keep us updated on progress. They cleaned up yard and checked for nails. They draped shrubs and protected outdoor equipment. We were very impressed with everyone that we met. They have great workers. Very happy with the completed job. We highly recommend Stratus Roofing. Our neighbor also spoke with George on our recommendation and went with Stratus roofing for his roofing job too.

From cradle to grave Sergio Pichardo, Brian Lancaster, and the site Supervisor, Danny had us covered.

After the insurance settlement was distributed, I got to work screening companies, including a 20-question questionnaire, asking for evidence, recent local work, and more and Sergio Pichardo and Stratus Roofing were the only ones to put the level of detail and effort into easing my concerns and answering my questions.

Being able to text these individuals throughout the process and actually hear back quickly was a refreshing experience that had me feeling less apprehensive throughout the process.

The team had our roof installed in 1.5 days, and the gutters installed in a manner of a couple of hours, the following week. The material was delivered on-site and on-time, the dumpster picked up promptly, and site cleaning was done fairly well (we have ferns around our lot so many nails were within these locations, which was understandable).

I wouldn't hesitate to call Stratus Roofing. Keep up the level of access and communication Stratus Roofing and you've got my business every time...though I hope I never need it again...then again, it is Florida.

Good price and very easy to communicate with. Decided to go with Wormley roofing only because their estimate was more thorough. For only a few dollars more they recommended several roofing repairs that I didn't think of including remove old unused chimney. Going with Wormley turns out to be a mistake. They hit me with $2200 in wood repair. Not even a call to ask if I wanted to replace the old cracked wood over detached garage with new cracked wood.

Recently I had changed to Stratus as my other roofer was unable to fulfill my request.

I contacted Stratus directly. Paid my deposit ect.

Today June 18 2018 was when they where supposed to start.

I have had One worker, a dumpster drop off and that's it?!

Communication is key. As of this writing my roof is complete! Yeah . Far better than The prior company. Clean up was great. Tai tested today for leaks....
If other roof company's where so quick to schedule.
