I'm a new home owner and Frank did the termite inspection for the home during escrow. Since he did the report I decided to also go ahead and let him and his team do the work. Work included fumigation, minor wood replacement, roof repair and demoing and rebuilding a patio do to termite damage. The roof work and fumigation went well enough but ran into issues with the patio. In his report he stated that all wood for construction would be primed which it was not. I had to call them out on using a thin piece of wood as a fraisia, leveling and water flow on the patio and his crew cut a pipe that had electrical wires that feeds a tool shed while digging to build a concrete foundation for the patio post. They didn't bother to mention the damaged pipe and I had to investigate the matter myself and bring it to his attention. He ignored my calls and would respond with a text. A week goes by and I had to call him again since there was no resolution brought up to fixing the damaged pipe and wires. Again he ignored my calls. Once he finally responded in text he said he would send someone to fix issue. He didn't send an electrician but one of his workers to do a patch job instead of an honest repair. I only meet frank once in person when he collected full payment for the work before it even got started. I have tried to get a receipt from him on the work cost break down and he has ghosted me with no response even to my text. ?This whole experience has left me wondering on the quality of work. I will not recommend stratton termite to any one and write this review in hopes that those who read this will go in knowing what can happen to them as well.

Frank was very helpful and patient with me. They serviced my house a few times before I eventually decided to tent. Professional and always avaible to answer any questions about fumigation. It's not always easy to find a good company to trust my home with but Frank really put my mind at ease with the whole process.

I had extensive termite infestation and wood damage. Termite companies all agreed that spot treatment might be possible but would not be nearly as effective as tenting. I never wanted to tent but it seemed necessary , since spot treatment in the past did not stop the termites from feasting on the trim of my house. Many of my neighbors had tented as well and I think their termites just hopped over to my place as I noticed they were enjoying the roof shingles as well. I found Stratton Termite and Roofing Solutions on Yelp and trusted the over 100 five star ratings, and am glad I did. Frank is a good guy and was easy to work with. He did not provide an extensive, detailed report of the termite damage as some companies do, but I trusted him to do what he said he would and he came through. Not only did he fix the wood damaged by termites, but he also replaced siding damaged by dry rot. Any issue along the way, he addressed well and quickly. Arturo and Douglas are craftsman that made the repairs seamless. The fumigation company they contract with did a good job. My neighbor was pleased they were careful with her plants. Ours plants did pretty well also. We had no damage to rain gutters or the roof as some people report experiencing during fumigation (with any company). The work was done incredibly fast. Once I signed the contract, Arturo and Douglas came out the next morning to do the wood repairs which they finished that day. The fumigation was scheduled on the days I was hoping for. Frank's team came back to do a replacement of an acrylic patio covering, and did an amazing job. The patio covering replacement was too small a job for most contractors, but something Frank knew I wanted done and so got his guys to do it for me. They used high quality material (thicker acrylic than what was originally there) and it looks better than I could have hoped for. His pricing is very reasonable for - fumigation and repairs and it is easy to see why he has so many 5 star ratings. You won't regret hiring him (only the termites will).

I first made contact with Frank @ Stratton last year, to address roof damage/repair and spot treatment with termites in a localized area.

Roof repairs seemed to go okay, no problems that I have experienced, especially with the recent showers we had here in orange county earlier this year.

We noticed more termite activity around the house and Frank recommended fumigation, which logically was the only route we could have gone.

I shopped around to gather more quotes, and Frank offered the most competitive pricing, and promised to fix any roof damage with his own resources, free of charge

Post fumigation, there was obvious roof damage. Frank honored his word and roof tiles were replaced.

I had a situation where a beam over the front of my driveway started to crack and bow in the middle.
A neighbor of mine had the same situation a few months ago and recommended Frank from Stratton termite.
Within a day, Frank had someone come by and wrap the beam with straps to keep it from falling. I really appreciated this as the beam is close to 350 lbs.
A few days later, Frank's team had the old beam down and a brand new painted beam installed.
