I highly recommend Frank and Stratton Roofing. I had a leak that needed fixing ASAP during the most recent rains. I had gotten several quotes from companies that were more and they were not able to come for a week or so more. More rain was expected in that time so I wasn't comfortable with that time frame. Not only was Stratton Roofing prompt with coming and giving me a quote, he came the next day, on a Saturday, and took care of my roof. His quote was incredibly reasonable and he did a more thorough job than the other companies included in their bids. Frank warranties his work and reminded me several times to call him if my issue had not been resolved.
When it comes time to get a new roof in the very near future I will be using Frank and Stratton Roofing.

I was looking for fumigation services for termite removal, we had been living in the house for about a decade and had not done one for quite some time. I knew what I was looking for and a price in mind. I reached out via yelp to a couple companies using their app and a two places in particular responded right away. I did my due diligence and checked out the reviews first to see how reputable the companies are. Then proceeded to give them some of my information to make me an appointment for a price quote/inspection. Stratton Termite said no problem we will be there on a Monday 9am (quick response), and another company did as well for 1pm.

Then the other company proceeded to cancel due to a scheduling conflict which I did not find very good as a first impression. So far Stratton was winning the bid.

A inspector by the name of Frank came by to my home, performed his inspection and measured the house to give me an estimate. He already knew exactly what I wanted so he didn't need to try to sell me on the services which was great. Offered a good price, and a 3 year warranty on his work. Right then and there he won the bid I did not need to look any further just wanted to get the ball rolling.

We scheduled the appointment, it took them between 8-10am to set up the tent. They advised they will return on day 3 in the morning to remove everything, which is exactly what they did. I appreciate when a company does exactly what they say first time around.

Overall great experience will definitely be using them again for my Fumigation needs. Might even take them up on their roofing solutions too just because of the great service I received.

Also wanted to add they asked for a deposit in order to start the work which was about half the amount, and even said I could Zelle it right to them. I was a bit worried about this due to past experience with other vendors taking the money and running. Also with all the Zelle scams going on. I expressed my concern over this to Frank. They offered to come by the house again in order for me to give them the deposit in person so I would feel more comfortable and promptly sent me a invoice to my email stating that they had received the money so I would have some type of documentation of the transaction. Which I felt was awesome and really put my worries at ease.

Frank and his team were awesome. They quickly helped organize a huge termite fumigation project of 16 large townhomes. He was extremely helpful and communicative along the way. Any problems that did arise were resolved very quickly. Cannot recommend Stratton enough for your fumigation needs. Will look into them for other services in the future as well. When we found termites swarming all over our house, we knew we needed fumigation. We contacted a few companies and, in the end, decided to work with Frank. We are very satisfied with Stratton Termite for the following reasons:

1. Cost - Stratton's quote was the cheapest compared to all other companies by quite a lot (more than $1000 less than most other quotes!)

2. Promised to fix any roof damage - Frank was willing to take responsibility for any roof damage that might happen to our roof during tenting and fix any damage at no additional cost. This was a big one, as roof damage was one of our key concerns. In the end, they didn't break any tiles, so this was not a problem.

3. Communication - The Franks (father and son) responded to inquiries, text messages, etc., promptly. They informed us about all steps of the process and were very responsive.

4. Customer service - Fumigation was supposed to start on Mon morning, but Frank and his crew only arrived early afternoon. This by itself is not a huge deal, but as it happened, afternoons are windier, and on Mon afternoon, the wind was too strong to tent our house safely. While they should not be responsible for delays due to strong winds, we were disappointed that everything was delayed by a day due to the late start and that we'll need another day at our Airbnb. We explained the situation to Frank, who offered to pay for the extra night. We decided not to take him on his offer as strong winds are not his fault, but I was happy that they offered this compensation for something that is only borderline their fault.

Overall, I highly recommend working with Stratton. They did a great job for less $ with great customer service and support.

Frank and his team were amazing! It was a very smooth transaction everything they said that they were going to do they did! The communication on a daily basis was there letting me know when the carpenter or the other workers would be arriving. I received pictures of not only the progress, but also pictures of all of the material that would be in you, pictures, showing it being laid down, and pictures of all of the wood that was removed. Frank and his team went above and beyond treating my roof as if it was their own. There were many areas that until the old material was removed. We were unable to see just how bad it was, but Frank and the team did not just cover it up nor did he try to gouge me for additional funds to take care of it. I have used this company and referred this company for many other properties, but I will say it was an absolute pleasure to have them out at my own home. I would highly recommend them, and will indeed use them when other needs a ride was in my family. Last but not least after replacing the roof, I utilized them for extermination services and had them tent my home. They did an great job there as well, communicating what needed to be done, prepping, and securing the home.
