I hired Stratton again to re-build lattice around the perimeter of my home that had extensive dryrot and termite damage. Frank provided his professional opinion on the proper approach and correct materials to use. He engineered a solution to avoid completely replacing all the lattice panels which worked out great and no doubt saved me alot of unnecessary expence. Not to my surprise, additional damage was revealed as the old lattice began to come down. Frank was excellent at advising me promptly with his recommendations on how to address these areas. The result is a well built fence topper that is sure to last for years. All it needs now is to be painted.

As I was sealing some boards around the side of my house, I noticed that there was a lot of water damage. I intended to just fix it by patching it with a hardener and Bondo.

However, as I tapped on the wood, termite droppings came falling out, which left me with a sinking feeling. The more areas of the wood I tested, the more droppings fell out.

I immediately went on Yelp to find a provider for termite treatment. I got a bunch of quotes and Frank from Stratton Termite & Roofing was one of the first ones to respond. I set up a consultation for the very next day.

Frank and his son Frank Jr. came at the promised time. Not only did they inspect the damage I pointed out, they went around to other places of my house and found more termite damage. I really can't believe how much damage that was done.

We agreed upon the work that needed to be done and we scheduled fumigation for the following Monday. The fumigation crew was very thorough even bagging up stuff that I missed. After the fumigation started, I was notified by the head fumigation worker so that I could arm my house alarm.

Two days went by and I was back at my house. The fumigation crew was a little late outside of the window I was told, but not too bad. They took off the tenting and made sure everything was clear of Vikane before they allowed me to come in.

The same day, Frank had the carpenter crew fix the damaged parts of my house. They were really quick and the replacement pieces look excellent. They primed and painted all the parts that were fixed.

The tenting process really sucks, but there's no real way of getting everything you see and don't see unless you do it that way. Frank and his son were always communicative throughout the whole process. Frank even hung around the final day to make sure everything was fixed as expected.

Stratton Termite and Roofing does a great job and communicates with you along the way. I was really stressed out, but both Frank and son put me at ease. Now that we're back in our home, we can finally sleep well.

It's great that Frank does roofing, termite, and gutters because all these issues are often intertwined. He fixed termite-damaged wood, fixed a roof leak, replaced the roof, and installed gutters for us. He is able to bring manpower to the job, so it gets done quickly. And he supervises his people, so it gets done right. I've done other roofing projects before that dragged on for weeks and had quality issues. Frank's team finished the work quickly and with no issues.

I'm a new home owner and Frank did the termite inspection for the home during escrow. Since he did the report I decided to also go ahead and let him and his team do the work. Work included fumigation, minor wood replacement, roof repair and demoing and rebuilding a patio do to termite damage. The roof work and fumigation went well enough but ran into issues with the patio. In his report he stated that all wood for construction would be primed which it was not. I had to call them out on using a thin piece of wood as a fraisia, leveling and water flow on the patio and his crew cut a pipe that had electrical wires that feeds a tool shed while digging to build a concrete foundation for the patio post. They didn't bother to mention the damaged pipe and I had to investigate the matter myself and bring it to his attention. He ignored my calls and would respond with a text. A week goes by and I had to call him again since there was no resolution brought up to fixing the damaged pipe and wires. Again he ignored my calls. Once he finally responded in text he said he would send someone to fix issue. He didn't send an electrician but one of his workers to do a patch job instead of an honest repair. I only meet frank once in person when he collected full payment for the work before it even got started. I have tried to get a receipt from him on the work cost break down and he has ghosted me with no response even to my text. ?This whole experience has left me wondering on the quality of work. I will not recommend stratton termite to any one and write this review in hopes that those who read this will go in knowing what can happen to them as well.

Frank was very helpful and patient with me. They serviced my house a few times before I eventually decided to tent. Professional and always avaible to answer any questions about fumigation. It's not always easy to find a good company to trust my home with but Frank really put my mind at ease with the whole process.
