They came out and started removing old shingles, by the next day they were finished . cleaned up all around the house , so pleased , worked with bryan ,he was a man of his words did what he said he was going to do , honest and trustworthy , the roof looks amazing ,i had a roof done before but, this new roof looks perfect ,clean ,new vents ,chalking awesome ,I was very pleased with Strata roofing co. I recommend to all my friends , thank you so much..great job

The owner called us directly and apologized for the delayed response in regards to our follow-up questions regarding our roof repair. He set up an appointment for the next day and sent a couple guys out to take another look at our roof. They spent more than an hour making sure everything was sealed up and even fixed a few other issues for us at no cost. Called to make an appointment for roofing repair and was told that it $175.00 for an estimate that would go towards repair. Being that roofing repair due to storm was going to be paid out of pocket I didn't have $175.00 to donate to someone pockets if I choose to go in a different direction.

Chris Greenway managed the roofing project for my mother's house in Houston. We selected him after 5 different quotes. His price was competitive and he followed through at every step of the process. Great experience. We had hail damage from the April 2016 storm on our roof that was previously replaced in 2005. I asked for his honest opinion on if we could keep going with our current roof and he didn't hesitate in telling me the roof is good to go. I missed his appointment and he still took a look at my roof and then followed up with a few phone calls until he got a hold of me.

Strata Roofing recently completed a job for us that included a new roof with an under shingle radiant barrier, added ridge vents, solar attic vents, replaced all of the old wood siding with HardiPlank siding and did custom gutters and gutter covers for a 4,200 sq. ft. home. Our home is 2 story with very high peaks and awkward roof angles. Chris Kadlecek came to our home well prepared to give us an estimate - he had detailed information, listened to our ideas and provided excellent recommendations. He and his team worked with our insurance company (USAA) and our adjuster. When work started, the Strata team covered our pool, plants and shrubs with tarps to minimize the mess and damage. At the end of each work day, the crews cleaned thoroughly behind them. Chris was present at the worksite every day and was always available to answer our questions. We couldn'tt be happier with the end result. I highly recommend Strata Roofing! We live in Oak Forest and they are a local, neighborhood company - which made this project all the better! Thank you Chris Kadlecek and the entire Strata team!

I called one day and the next day Rio came at 7 am to give me an estimate. They were able to fix our leak the next day. I made many phone calls to other roofers and either they never called me back or heard from them 2 days later. Thanks for the prompt response.
