We had a new roof installed and Straight Line did a great job. The crew communicated with me and did a good job of cleaning up all the nails, paper etc every day. They were responsive and friendly and explained all the work they did.
I would give them a 5 star referral. The owner, Jack, checked in with me almost everyday to make sure the crew was doing a good job and if I needed anything else. Also the office always sent a text to alert us when a crew was coming. It was a good experience and highly recommend them.

I contacted straight line roofing to request an estimate for roof replacement. They responded swiftly and scheduled an appointment within a reasonable amount of time, especially given all roofers were extremely busy as a result of the multiple back to back storms that hit the Sacramento area in December and January. They arrived timely and went above and beyond during an initial inspection by taking photographs so I could see what type of damage the leak caused in my attic. He also volunteered to wipe the impacted area in my attic with bleach while I worked to get a water remediation company out to inspect. I truly appreciate how far he went given that this was just an initial consultation.

We had a leak in the roof after some pretty good rain storms. Gary from Straight Line came out today to give an estimate on the repair work. He could not have been nicer or more professional. After taking a look at the issue he determined that the problem was very minor and would only take a few minutes to repair. He took care of it in about 5 minutes. He also mentioned what could be done if we ever had issues in the future. When the time comes for future repairs, I will be calling Gary and Straight Line to take care of it.

Can I give them six stars? We lost a bunch of roof tiles in the recent wind storm, with more rain on the way, and Straight Line was able to get their emergency service out right away to address it. Andy and his partner were incredible. Based on the picture I sent them, they brought material and were able to do a real fix rather than the temporary fix we were expecting. Within 2 hours of talking with them, we were all sealed up. Amazing. Really fabulous service.

I am extremely satisfied with the repairs done to our house by Straight Line Construction. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team at Straight Line was professional, efficient, and made sure to keep us informed every step of the way.

We did pull estimates from 6 different contractors and we awarded the contract to Straight Line because their ability to understand what we were asking and correctly placing all the requests into a very readable contract. It did not end there. The job foreman was very communicative and they took copious pictures, marked up the pictures and kept us abrest of all the job details not only with multiple walk-arounds, but with those pictures as well.

I also feel the quality of their work is top-notch and it is clear that they take pride in their craft. I have owned homes over the decades and understand repairs that are TO CODE versus those that go way ABOVE CODE. They definitely put the top notch treatment into everything they touched. They were able to complete the repairs on time and within budget, which was greatly appreciated.

Overall, I highly recommend Straight Line Construction for any home repair needs. They exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be using them for any future projects.

I own a home in El Dorado Hills. My roof started leaking due to the storm we just had. I have renters in the home and given that I don't live in the area anymore, felt stressed with having to find someone to come and repair it. I called straight line and was able to get an appt the same week. Everyone in the office was very friendly and accommodating.

Jack the owner text me when he was en route and arrived with another technician. Since I don't live in the area, he called me after evaluating the leak. He was very nice, informative and gave me a couple of options. Such an amazing experience, he offered to repair it during the evaluation and offered a follow up option incase this leak became a problem again. I greatly appreciate how respectful they were to my tenants as well.

I highly recommend Straight Line, they have great communication, offer fair prices and are very professional!

My dad called asking for someone to come out and check a possible leak in his roof. The owner Jack showed up promptly. He even found an open appointment to come sooner than scheduled. Jack was very knowledgeable and immediately knew everything both good and bad about my dad's roof. Jack even helped rearrange some tiles to stop a small leak as part of his assessment. He was very professional, and did not try to upsell anything. My dad requested a comprehensive quote on what it would take to get his roof back into good condition, and Jack was able to provide detailed information very promptly. Customer service was spot on. We'll definitely be calling Jack back for some more work.

We had a leak in our roof that needed repair, so we called Straight line to come out and give us an estimate. They were quick to come out and assess the problem and explain what needed to be done. Ariel was great about getting the work scheduled, keeping us up to date on the process, and answering our questions. On our scheduled date for repair, Justin and Steven showed up on time and were very professional. They assessed the problem and gave us a clear explanation of what needed to be done. They got right to it and were done in less than a day. Once finished, they showed us what they found and explained how they corrected the problem. I've had a number of issues with different contractors over the years, so I greatly appreciate when someone takes the time to make sure I understand the work being done and what I'm paying for.
