When the wind storm peeled the tin roof back on my garage and shed I started calling looking for roofers. Out of probably 6 different roofing companies only 2 came to give me a bid. Straight Edge was the only company who followed through. I felt comfortable with the company because they had done work for me before. I did have to call them after the job was completed to come back and remove the old tin. It was gone in a flash.

I'm sorry to say i contacted this company through apt -app on website they confirmed the apt and no one showed up and no one called. So sad this happened because they service my parents home and was referred to us. Apt was today 10/22/2021 @ 10:30

This is the second time I have used Straight Edge Roofing on rental property and they are great. This time due to the high winds and heavy rain I had a leak. They were very thorough and got the job done as quickly as possible.

Brian from Straightedge just completed a new roof for my house in the Bay Area and I am so happy with how it turned out and the great service recieved. Brian was so nice and easy to work with and I really appreciate him taking the time to come up to the Bay Area to give a bid for the project and to do it once I decided to go with him. He was very good at communicating with me throughout the project and it was done in a very timely manner. I highly reccomend this company!

The Worst Company ever.

This morning my tenant had a roof leak and the person that arrive told her that the cost is $75/hour + materials to fix the roof.
They fix the roof and ask the tenant to pay $136. The tenant ask him to call the landlord to get payment. When he called me Suddenly the $136 dollar bill was inflated to $475. I said to the guy that they already said $75 per hour and they were on the roof less than 1 hour. The guy said we are 3 people here. I said I am willing to pay a reasonable price but not the inflated $475.
The guy want and remove all the repairs and left.

I would NEVER use that company again.

This was the only roofer who would actually return my calls and show up for an appointment. They did an adequate job repairing the leaks in my roof and replacing a few shingles, but I did have to call them back to fix an unresolved leak that they'd missed the first time. To their credit, they did come back and fix the issue promptly.

Blake with Straight Edge is punctual, knowledgeable, and professional - I would definitely recommend their company. We were experiencing a leak inside our garage. We called Straight Edge Roofing, despite us being in Newman they had someone arrive right away. Turns out that the valleys in our tile roof needed to be cleaned which was causing an over flow leak and one side had dry rot which needed to be completely repaired. Blake even provided me with photos of my roof and the issues So I could see exactly what was going on. He was here until sunset to finish the job & every time I went outside he was busy working (great work ethic). He cleaned up well and took the old roof mess with him. No complaints here!

straight edge is the way to go! They put in a skylight for me, other companies didn't return my call, these guys did the work for me quickly and so expertly also teaching me invaluable tips as well. I think of these men as like family now. I would trust them with any roof job. These old houses need love and Straight edge is the way! High tech state of the art products too. Awesome company!

I called Straight Edge Roofing after seeing a commercial project they had done this year. They just finished a huge repair job for me that appeared rather complicated but they made it easy. They were easy to work with and fast. They cleaned the entire area better then they found it. I highly recommend them for your roof work

Broke a tile but returned to replace.

I helped the roofer with repairs and the training I received
is priceless.
Future repairs that are minor can be done by myself.
Would not hesitate to hire again.

Can't find a better roofer in all of Merced County.
