Very bad experience. This is how my interior was left after initial roof repairs were not completed as needed and leak still remained.

Technician who made repairs even metioned he wished he was told by company that issue was a leak so he would make needed repairs from the beginning.

Communication has not been timely and now I am left with this company not willing to take action and fix this.

Damage is actually worse than what it was initially before repairs.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company.

UPDATE TO PREV REVIEW - My first impression of Dylan was very positive which is why I trusted him enough to begin a claim for our roof. The lack of communication was a simple overlook & not intentional. I've receive phone, text and today a very personal & sincere apology for the unintentional error. Dylan came out & met with adjuster today. I wanted to update my review before I get the adjusters decision as Dylan has no control over what decision the adjuster makes. Dylan has done everything possible to make this up to us and I wanted to make sure that I correct my review. I now stand with my first impression & believe Dylan is an honest, hard working young man & this was a simple error.

I highly recommend StormROOF Systems for your home roof repair or replacement. I called five companies for estimates after a hail and wind storm. Three companies said they couldn't send anyone for an estimate for 3-5 days. One company didn't even call back until 3 days later. However, Chris Reece, with StormROOF Systems, came out that same day. He inspected my roof, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I asked him to check my neighbors home that was affected as well which he promptly did to their satisfaction. After much research, I hired Chris and his team and am very pleased with the result. Chris remained in contact with me and my insurance company making this process very easy. They arrived on time and did what they said they were going to do. We needed to get a roof inspection done in a hurry and we contacted StormROOF Systems. Carlos Trujillo was able to come out the same day and inspect it.
He was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to tell us exactly what was wrong and what was needed to get it fixed. He even suggested what would be needed to keep the roof in a good condition. He was polite and prompt in all our communication and we had a positive experience working with him.
