My experience with KGEN Roofing was brief but excellent. Jeff came out to my rental to check on a leaking ceiling/balcony, he was very kind, courteous and quick. He did a thorough inspection and identified the problem. Rather then charge me, he told me exactly what to buy and do to fix the leak myself. Jeff is awesome, he could of easily charge me a couple hundred dollars but instead I ended up spending 20 minutes of my time and$5 on caulk.

My aunt in Sherman oak needed a new roof so I looked for few companies on yelp for estimates. Jeff came out to our house and brought us samples on the roofing material and answered any questions we had. His price was in the middle between a couple other estimates we received but we liked him out of all the other contractors that came out. During the work, his crew was professional and courteous, and cleaned up everyday before leaving. Jeff kept us updated everyday. The result was great and included full warranty plus free maintenance program throughout the year. We will be calling Jeff again to honor the included maintenance plan sometime later.
