They showed up early. Worked very hard all day in the hot summer sun, taking a break for a late lunch when it got to be too much. They finished the whole roof in one day and cleaned up after themselves. And that was after they doggedly pursued my insurance company to make sure my roof would be covered. We really appreciate everything they did!

They go into deed restricted neighborhoods, they clearly state no soliciting!!! I hate that !!! Makes me nuts ... so unprofessional!!' Did some research and they use various companies to do their work ... subcontractors... that personally makes me nervous !! Do your homework!!! That makes your cost go up ... find a company that has their own crews !!!!

Excellent company. Trey was my sales rep and worked closely with me throughout the process on both my properties. StormForce inspectors were available to meet the insurance company field agents to ensure no roof damage was overlooked and my claim was thorough. I was delighted to hear that my roofs were covered fully. Field supervisors Abel and Ray made sure the roofs were done with top-notch servicing. StormForce did an excellent job, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Cannot tell you how bad the folks are. I actually let them do my roof and I am still trying to pay my way out of the damage they did to my home. Cannot say enough; just don't use them. They are nasty, terrible, and not to be trusted.

We made the mistake of hiring these scammers! Kenny Tucker was our salesperson and we specifically told him prior to signing our contract that we were concerned that the company would bill us more than the contract price once the work was completed . . . Of course, Kenny assured us that this would never happen! Well 3 months after completion StormForce billed us an additional $2,000 for 'Supplemental'. No one at StormForce could define 'Supplemental'. Idiots! So when we refused to pay the additional monies, Stormforce then called our insurance company to try to get the additional $2,000 without informing us! Stay as far away from these people as possible! As for the work -- they put the wrong color of flashing on the house, but they never said anything about that!

Do not let these people convince you to submit a claim to your insurance for a roof unless you PERSONALLY are convinced there is sufficient damage.

Their salesperson did not guarantee that our claim would be approved for a new roof but after walking around my house and pointing out problems he felt confident that there was a good chance. It was clear when the StormForce guy as well as the adjuster arrived that the damage was not extensive as soon as they glanced at it. I thought the same going in but was persuaded by the salesman.

They have nothing to lose if you submit a claim but YOU DO!! My claim was denied and now I have to spend 800 dollars to fix the few shingles and submit proof to the insurance company. If I don't they will not consider future claims in those areas.

A reputable company would simply say that at this time you don't have enough damage to warrant a claim.

Avoid these folks and use a professional company!

Stormforce scheduled a final inspection several weeks ago. They canceled the last minute and promised to call later to reschedule. They never called. When they called me for a customer survey, I told them that they need to schedule a final inspection. Still no calls after that. Today I received an invoice saying that my payment was past due. This is the first invoice and it was dated before the job was complete. They list no email address for me to respond. I can't comment on the work done because they won't make it easy for me to schedule a final inspection. They could have had their money sooner if they just did things correctly. I am a management consultant and former CFO. If I were the owner of this company I would seriously consider retraining their office staff. Perhaps I should offer my services to them. I can really help in this area. It hurts me to see small companies hurt themselves through ineptitude.

I was given a card from a salesman in my area and decided to call them for a quote on a repair. I specifically told the person on the phone that I needed a repair and not a replacement. No problem she said. Their inspector shows up today and inspects the roof. He said you have some damage but not enough for a roof replacement. I told him I didn't call for a replacement but rather a repair. He said he knew that but they don't do repairs, only replacements. Then why are you here. He said some owners don't know they need replacements and think they need repairs. Really? Because most home owners I know are aware of what they need, especially when the roof is only 7 years old. Thanks for wasting my time Storm Force.

Me and my husband were both at work. Our kids babysitter was at our house when representative from StormForce came in offering roof services. She advised him that owner of the house is a builder himself (my husband is a general contractor) and to come back some other time. Then she heard a noise like someone was walking around on our roof. When she came outside she saw Storm roof Rep climbed on top of our roof WITHOUT permission and was recording our roof. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! You are trespassing!!! One more time I will see any of your representatives near my property I will file complaint with BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL!

The take advantage of senior citizen's. They have no compassion. Only strong sales pressure. Met with storm Forge August 2015. They drive around looking for old roofs then knocking on your door. They work with adjusters they are familiar with to them to say there is storm damage. They have a list of recent storms to so the homeowner can file a claim. We followed their instruction to get our insurance involved. Little did we know that the proposal they made us sign was a binding contract and in fine print it said if we did not have storm force do the work We would be required to give them $3000. After finding out that our deductible for storm damage would be $6,360. And not the $1000 the led us to believe, we told them we could not afform to do a new roof because we could not afford the balance at that time. My wife called them at least 10 times to see if they could work with us because they pointed out that we would owe them $3000. They even sent an invoice for the $3000. Storm Force put a lien on us for that $3000 and hurt our credit rating in May of 2016 even before we put a roof on. Their sale method was similar to the Kirby vacuum sales pressure that we got sucked into many year ago. Tag team, sales person and then bring in that manager closer. They gave us quotes for a basic roof, regular 3 panel shingles, felt underlay etc. Then one with all the upgrades for an additional $5000. When we were finally ready to get a roof we got more quotes. None of the companies even offered the basic roof. They offered all the best at one price and even said ""why would we use the old stuff when it is easier to use the new materials"". Over a year after meeting this strong arm company, we got a beautiful roof on at far less that their quote. Most of the other quotes were very similar in price. Please listen to us and slam the door on Storm Force. Bad people, bad company.
