If I could give this company negative stars, I would. They were hired in April by my father to complete a metal re-roof. Came out, tore off the existing roof, put down a waterproof underlayment, then left. Never returned. Multiple phone calls, e-mails and texts...most unanswered. Had to hire an attorney to send demand letters for a refund, to which no response was received. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and then not bother to finish the job they are hired to do. Couldn't find the contract my dad signed, either, even though the check was cashed, and then they tell us we aren't customers. Company is a joke.

Completely unprofessional and down right criminal. Ellis Westby is a liar and thief. Took tens of thousands of dollars from my father in law and only preformed a tear off in April. His crew did not properly fasten the underlayment properly and then he claimed it wasn't a big deal. It took several day before they came a fastened it properly. House still sits without a roof on it, basically took the money and ran. The company does not answer calls and gives excuse after excuse on why project is not completed. A lawyer was hired and they currently have neglected to pay my father in law the remaining money for the incomplete job.
