As a lot of you have probably experienced the hail damage we received a few months ago, this company came by to offer to re-do our roof. We were finally scheduled for our new roof to be installed on Wednesday (last week). SRS never showed up and never called us to tell us before hand that they weren't coming. We finally got into contact with someone and they said the reason was because of the rain (totally understandable in FL) IF THEY HAD COMMUNICATED TO US. Now we can't get into contact with anyone in their office including the owner (Ty). We have already paid them half for the roof. Save your money and time and find a better company!

Very easy to work with. Has been very patient with working with my insurance company. Roof looks amazing! Am happy with the communication and how quickly the roof was installed ( 1 day). Would definitely recommend them for all roofing needs.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Ty and his company SRS are doing it right. Hands down some of the best customer service and prompt communication I have ever had with a company. Product, Amazing. Price, Amazing. As an owner of rental homes in the central Orlando area, I can say with absolute certainty that I will be reaching out to Ty with all my roofing concerns. I hear a lot of companies saying they don't do things just for the money and that they are doing it for you, but I have never truly seen or believed it until working with Ty. He has the best interest for you and your property first and you just don't see that anywhere else. I definitely recommend working with Storm Restoration Services!
