Had severe hail and water damage from tornadoes 3/23 so hired Noland Kyle Barfield owner of StormPros Roofing and Construction INC. in Columbus, GA to restore the whole main part of my house including electrical, ceilings, walls, painting, floors, cabinets, countertops, drywall, structure. They filed the insurance estimate and insisted I give them (very significant) insurance check as soon as received which I did Oct 3rd. He told me it would take about 1 month to finish job. Now 3 months later still no electrician, drywall company they hired was so frustrated with them that they walked off job without finishing and that's where it was left.
StormPros has a line item on every page of their estimate for clean-up but took forever for them to get the mountains of drywall, plastic, buckets, wood etc out of here and I was forced to live in and breathe the drywall mess because they wouldn't bring a shop vac. All the lights in the whole main part of my house have been down for weeks and they won't purchase any. I have no sink or water or stove in my kitchen and some sheets of plywood are down for the floor They messed up the a/c ducts and never fixed them and broke the hot water pipe for the sink so now I need an Electrician AND a Plumber! StormPros refuses to give me receipts. Owner Kyle refuses to order my cabinets saying he won't pay that much (out of my money!) My house has been a disaster for months and there is more damage now than before. He can and no doubt will say I have no idea what I'm talking about and I just don't understand etc but I just want to warn people about this company. I don't want anyone else to go through what I've gone through.
Out of 20 work days in December they were NO SHOW 18 days and of the 5 work days in January they are NO SHOW 5 days with no or very little response to my calls or texts.
This company is terrible, very unreliable, inconsiderate and rude. Even if StormPros was the last company on earth I would NOT recommend them. They get an F in my opinion for quality, work ethics, workmanship, and knowledge. If I could leave negative stars I would! All they care about is their profit.
StormPros, Kyle Barfield took my money and in exchange promised to restore my house in a satisfactory and timely manner. StormPros-Kyle Barfield has not upheld his end of the contract.

After roof install is when my problems came to light. I first noticed my leaf filter was not reinstalled correctly. Portions of aluminum facial siding affixed near or touching roof shingles were bent and torn, were not repaired, or caulked back into place. I was supposed to have a ridge vent installed as discussed during the sales negotiation.
Now, 4 weeks since install and communicating to Storm Pro Columbus Georgia via texts, photo's, voice mail and phone calls to Kyle, Ryan, and Jon Jon. I've received zero response.
I am grieved to having to leave negative remarks on any small business, but this is my next step in attempting to get my roof repaired from a new roof installation, where I was promised a quality job.
