Have you met Frank Brooks? Frank, a native of western Oklahoma, was brought up in a family involved in farming and ranching. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1968 and began his career at APCO Oil, Inc. Later, he was transferred to Fort Worth while working in the Chemical Division. Over the years, Frank engaged in various entrepreneurial ventures within the construction sector. When storms hit the Dallas/Fort Worth area in the early 1990s, he saw the necessity for a reliable and reputable roofing service. The establishment was created in 1977, and in 1998, the roofing division was introduced and named Storm Master Construction & Roofing.
