Have you met Frank Brooks? Originally hailing from western Oklahoma, Frank was raised in a farming and ranching family. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1968 and began his career at APCO Oil, Inc. Eventually, he moved to Fort Worth while working for the Chemical Division. Throughout the years, Frank explored multiple entrepreneurial opportunities in the construction field. During the early 1990s, as storms struck the Dallas/Fort Worth region, he realized there was a need for a trustworthy and respected roofing company. The establishment was created in 1977, and in 1998, the roofing division was introduced and named Storm Master Construction & Roofing.

Since 1977, Frank B has led Storm Master Construction and Roofing as its owner. In those 40-plus years, Storm Master has thrived through honest labor, with a strong focus on quality and integrity.
