Nothing but good things to say. Luis responded to a post on the Nextdoor app and he and Charlie came over to look at the damage to my roof. Spent time explaining options and currently working on a quote.

In the meantime, insurance inspector came out and Jose from StormGuard spent a couple of hours here reviewing and engaging with him; currently waiting on an estimate for what they will cover.

They spend the time to offer guidance and suggestions ""even if you decide to choose another contractor"". Well, I am one of those people that always gets a couple of quotes but from what I have seen I am likely going to roll my dice with them and will post a follow up review.

Storm Guard Representative stopped by my house shortly after several hail storms hit in my area. Offered to check out roof with free estimate.
Discovered some damage from storms, at this point contacted Home Insurance for their evaluation, thank goodness they agreed to replace the roof. Started project in Nov 2017 right before the cold weather hit. Long story short, the shingles installed looked awful at end of project, I immediately contacted Storm Guard Owner to come out and review the job completed. Upon reviewing all the agreed upon aspects of the job, there were lots of unresolved issues. Storm Guard contacted the manufacturer of products used and it was determined that the products were defective, aged and/or insufficient, after working closely with the owner to correct all the outstanding issues, and waiting for better weather, now I have a beautiful roof and many compliments from the neighbors. I was not a happy camper in the beginning, but all my expectations were met or exceeded. I love my new roof....Flowers are blooming and curve appeal is beautiful if I say so myself...

Ken Peterson owner of Storm Guard did a great job walking us through the whole process of getting our roof replaced after the recent hailstorm. He told us what to expect, helped us deal with the insurance company, and kept in frequent contact while we waited for our project to begin. He was always available for questions, and no question was to small or unreasonable. His team did a great job, and he was out several times to check on their progress and touch base with us and make sure we were satisfied with the way things were going. When the job was finished he did an inspection with us and spotted a few minor details we never would have noticed, which he had someone return to touch up. He also gave us some final tips on wrapping things up with the insurance company and said to call anytime if we had any problems with the roof. Excellent company to deal with. Scheduled a meeting to look at my roof after storm damage. They were prompt for all meetings. Met with insurance adjuster and handled all paperwork for me. Dealing with Storm Guard was the easiest thing I ever did.

Work was performed on time.

This company called me while I have never done business with them and have never given them permission to call me.

They claimed: ""we're in the neighborhood; and we can inspect your roof for any damage"".
My number is on the Federal Do Not Call list. This call is a violation of Federal law. When I told them that, the caller claimed that they had ""special permission from the FCC"" for these calls. That is of course a blatant lie. No such permission exists.
