Nick is awesome! We had dark spots showing up on our guest room ceiling. He inspected our roof and instead of saying we need to pay thousands of dollars, which is what I was expecting, he said we just need some minor repairs to the roof, he did a full inspection on the entire roof and not just over our guest room. Told me to use bleach and water on the ceiling and it worked like a charm! He was responsive, professional and trustworthy. I cannot recommend him enough!
