DO NOT EVER USE STORM GENERAL!!!!!
September 9th, 2019, while driving on Sweetwater Road, I noticed a large puddle of what I thought was water, just about even with the 805 on ramp and off ramp. I saw the car just ahead of me in the right lane go through the puddle which was not water, but white paint. I was in the left lane so I slowed down hoping to miss the paint. A worker with Storm General was just leaving the scene of the puddle carrying a five gallon empty bucket of white paint that had fallen from their truck. The driver of Storm General Builders was parked in the middle lane and was ready to leave. I pulled in front of them and walked back to their truck, knocked on their rolled up window and asked them for a business card.
Unfortunately, we had $300.00 worth of paint damage on our car. We drove to Martha Betancourt's (OWNER) home and place of business. Because of a very high fence and dogs, we called Martha Betancoourt from our car. Martha Betancourt stated she was out of town, but very apologetic and said she would take care of it and would be in contact with us. Martha Betancourt has made absolutely no contact with us. Martha Betancourt will not accept our telephone calls. We sent her by registered mail, a copy of the bill. NO RESPONSE!!!! We are now in the process of taking Martha Betancourt and her business to small claims court WITH PICTURES. We would think a business owner (Martha Betancourt) would be more than willing to take care of a small claim. Martha Betancourt's lack of concern, shows and tells you what kind of business she runs. She certainly doesn't deserve one star, but to make a comment, you have to mark at least one star. We are also contacting BBB.
Our advice, DON'T EVER USE STORM GENERAL BUILDERS!!!!! MARTHA BETANCOURT IS A LIAR!!!!!

I used Storm General Builders Inc. to replace our existing rain gutters. I worked directly with Guillermo to get them replaced.

I have a 8,000 sq ft (it's a sizable house) home and sometimes the bids I get can be crazy different. So with any home remodel bids, I get 3-4 quote and this company quoted me mid-range (not the lowest but not the highest of the 4).

I took a chance with this company since I didn't see any reviews minus the negative roof review by a neighbor. I actually got their number through a referral and I'm glad I took the plunge and went with them.

I have lots of home renovations (roof replacement, bathroom reno, mold remediation) and let me say the whole process of renovation and contractors (especially when they sub contract) is such a nightmare. Workers sometimes don't show up or do half days or they do such a bad splotchy job. So when I came to re-doing our gutters, I didn't have too much expectation on service and assumed I would have to be on their case about their work. But boy was I blown away by the whole white glove service I felt with this company. It was Guillermo and one other helper that did the whole house from start to finish.

Guillermo was more than patient as he had to wait for our roofers (who took forevveeerrr) to fix parts of the roof and he was more than accommodating and super prompt when I contacted him. He even fixed and painted a part of the fascia board that the roofers carelessly ""patched up"". Can't say it enough that he went way above and beyond. I could not write more of a glowing review on my experience with him and his helper.

Just to be clear, this review is purely a neighborly thing I wanted to share - I am not getting any commission nor am I affiliated with this company. He didn't even ask for a review, I just wanted write one because the experience of the whole thing was that good. Guillermo is your guy!

My neighbors used Strom Builders (through Home Depot) to install their new roof. Great looking roof but what they did to my yard was not appreciated. After they tore off the old roof I went and asked them about the debits in my yard. Don't worry sir we will clean it up which they did.
They then begin using blowers to clean the left over sand off the old shingles. Blew it all over my neighbors yard, and all over my pool.
Hopefully they will learn not to blow the stuff off the roof and especially not on the neighbors pool.
