Terrible....buyer beware!! This company said they will pull permits but never followed up with inspections because they knew it would fail. They just collected their money and vanished. I now have no permits and a roof that is leaking. I called them and received no response.

DO NOT USE. I originally signed the contract with the owner Robert Henderson then he put his narcissistic friend Anthony as my contact fitter my roof replacement. He is a narcissistic liar who knows nothing about roofing. They delayed my project several times. I requested my deposit back and I would gladly change my roofing company. As it turns out, their delay was due to an issue with their insurance being revoked. Anthony threatened to put a lien on my house for the total amount of the job despite no work had been started. Robert has not responded to any of my communication since signing. I asked multiple times that Anthony not be my point of contact. All they care about is money. The initial inspection failed twice due to Anthony's incompetence. The 1st fail was because the color choice I made 3 months prior is not offered in this region. I had an open roof and had to make a new decking within hours. The second fail was because the field workers didn't nail the shingles they had started to place down to specification. After they ""finished"" a week later, I pointed out flaws in my roof that I'm certain will fail final inspection. This company is sloppy all the way around.

Do Not Recommend. I've been working with Robert (the owner) and Anthony since December '23 on a roof replacement on my parent's house in N. Miami. At first I thought there follow-up was not great but I could live with along as they performed the work. But it has been 5 months since work began and the roof has not passed final inspection. And worse, I can't get a response back from Anthony or Robert despite multiple attends to text and leave messages. They've ghosted me. I'm left with no other recourse but to not recommend this business to others. Their price was less than others but they prove the old adage, you pay what you get for. Go elsewhere for your roof.
