S'top replaced my roof a few years ago. Did a great job. Quick, friendly, affordable. They also did the house next door last year, and were similarly great. They even came out several times to diagnose a leak. When we figured out that the leak was from a cracked pipe and not from their work, they weren't upset, just glad they were able to find the problem.

We had a really good experience with S'Top for our full roof replacement. They were very very responsive to communication - both phone and email. Email is especially clear and responsive after establishing the relationship. They took 2 days to do the replacement and were prompt, hard working, and cleaned up well around the yard. Inspecting the work with my admittedly novice eye, it looks like they did thorough and quality work. I did have to contact them about leaving a lot of debris in our attic, but they apologized and offered to send someone as soon as the same day - no arguing or complaints. A real pleasure to work with them all around.

OMG...I just bought a house they put a new roof on 4 months ago. Charged $18,800 for a $1,000 square foot home. I've had them back 4 times for service calls and just walked in to find out that the roof is leaking in one of the rooms.

They are NOT a good company to do business with. You can never reach anyone who can answer a question and they always stonewall you on issues. It's rainy now, my roof is leaking and the gal told me they have a lot of roofs leaking right now and they will get to me when they can? Really?

Can't imagine ever pay nearly $20 square/ft for a roof, much less one done so poorly as this.

We had worked with S'top last year, so when our skylight started leaking today I emailed them again. They called back with in minutes of me emailing and said that Shin could be right over to check on our leaking skylight. He assessed the situation and fixed the issue immediately (the window itself had a caulking issue). He is friendly, professional and timely. They are also affordable.

Really impressive service - Shin went above and beyond his normal roofing duties to help us fix an issue that wasn't even directly related to our roof. We had a really old window that needed to be re-caulked and he helped us with this to ensure we weren't getting any water leaks in.

We had the shingled facade section of our roof replaced yesterday by S'top Roofing and they did an excellent job. They were here at 8:10a and were very organized and professional. The foreman told us right away after starting the job that we would not have to pay an additional $500 for plywood because it was not needed. I appreciate their honesty as we would not have known whether they had used it or not. The workers completely cleaned up the area and hauled away all of the old materials. We originally used S'top 18 years ago when we bought this house and needed a new roof. That roof is still in great shape as they attested to yesterday. I highly recommend this company. Great job!

Unprofessional and messy. Instead of cleaning up all the debris, they pushed it into the 3-inch gap between the house and the one nextdoor. They also left a mess in the neighbors' stairwell, even after they were asked to be tidier and cover the gap between the houses. Neighbors complained that pieces of wood and ash fell on their heads as they went up and down their stairs.

The owner and his staff are professional, respectful, and stand behind their work. It is so refreshing and encouraging to know that businesses still exist that understand the ""old school"" concept of exceptional customer service and follow ups. Two big thumbs up.
