A roof is a significant investment and a risk of getting good quality - I received a high quality roof, professionally installed with no worries. Whew - what a relief. I recommend Dusty Brooks without reservation.

From day one meeting Landon the sales rep discussing my requirements for my new roof, to the day they showed up and began with work, Stonewater Roofing whole team acted like a family, and treated everyone with respect. Dusty the guy in charge of the installers, addressed all my additional requirements. For the one story part of the house, we weren't expecting to re-sheath the whole roof line, but ended up having too and Dusty got it done quick with his team and on budget. I went with the G.A.F Timberline® AS II ( which is Level 4 Impacted Rated) as suggested by Landon and it's going to save me about $950 off my homeowners insurance yearly. I highly recommend.

I have been dealing with Stone water roofing prior to December 2022. Today is February 27, 2023. I will never use Stone Water again as I have nail in my vehicle tires (2) and I had to call them back on three occasions to repair/replace missing shingles. To date, there are still shingles that have not laid down properly. I had another roofing company come by and was informed that the shingles used were old/dated. in addition, there was no final settlement check sent to me, however we did receive flowers which probably meant that everything was complete. I read in another review where the phone is always answered. Tried calling this morning and no answer. I sent this to my insurance company as well.

Well this is probably going to be a 3 tier review. Long but honest. Quick backstory. August 12th of 2022 dropped a tree on my roof. Hired Redline Roofing. Oct 18 I fired Redline bc my roof has not been touched yet, hired Stonewater (Cameron Royall) as my sales guy. Came out the 17th great sales guy. Assured me my house would be ready for its FIRST Thanksgiving. Oct. 25th signed the contract with Stonewater. After contract was signed Cameron went MIA. Anyways, fast forward to second week in November. I start emailing an calling about my roof. I get a response back from Christina (office manger). Materials are to be dropped of week prior to Thanksgiving and start on 21st. No materials dropped off on the 21st I start calling. 22nd get ahold of Christina tells me I'm on the schedule now for the 5 of December. Cameron calls me back and straight blows smoke, crawfishes on his word, and point blank lies to me.

Christina calls me back just a few moments later and says ""I have a crew ready to go tomorrow, the day before Thanksgiving."" We all know how contractors are on a Friday or the day before a Holiday especially if the get ""called"" out. I decline the offer. Back on the schedule for the 5th of December.

So now 11/28 I email Christina about the windows. Of course i have to speak with another guy (Will) he finally calls me back on the 29th and blows smoke up my rear saying ""we are waiting for insurance to get the supplement and the windows if we order today are 8 weeks out""

So in closing of part 1. I wouldn't trust Stonewater Roofing to put a roof on a dogs house. They got their $9,000ish dollars and its a smaller job (21k) round about and they don't give two craps about this job.

Jason Carsten(senior sales rep. for Stonewater roofing) came by our house while we were gone 7-3-2020. Shoved his card and a card board flier between the door and door jamb of our house messing up the weather stripping on our door.
Evidently he has no regard for other peoples property! If this is the way he does his business, I wouldn't let anyone at that company on my roof or in my yard, they have no respect for your property. I called him and his company and left a message to stay off my property.
No telling what all they will mess up or tear up while they are working on your home, office,etc.
Very disappointed with them, they should know better being in the construction industry.
There's a lot of roofing companies around, past these guy's up, get another roofing company, not these clowns!
