In the spring of 2015, a few years after working for the major roofing companies in the DFW area, a group of friends became business partners and launched their own venture in the industry. Since then, Stonebriar has combined the personal touch of a small business with the effectiveness and quality of a large corporation.

My journey in this industry began at age 14. I spent weekends and summers cleaning up job sites, eventually learning to use a nail gun alongside my older brothers and relatives. By the time I turned 18, I knew I needed to learn about the business side of this industry. After graduating high school, I moved into sales and soon realized there was a lot more to the industry than simply nailing shingles. I learned that the profit margins per square were much higher than I had ever known as a laborer. Most importantly, I realized I had a growing passion for this industry. In the spring of 2015, I finally decided to pursue my dream of starting my own company. It’s been quite a journey since then, but we are just getting started at Stonebriar Roofing and Construction.
