Stone Roofing installed a foam roof and rain gutters on my house 7 years ago. Unfortunately, it turns out that the rain gutter seams on one side of the house were not sealed, which allowed water to soak the fascia. Fast forward a few years and I have dry rot in the eaves along one entire side of my house. I have called Stone Roofing several times to see if they will send someone out to take a look but they are not returning my calls.

I scheduled an estimate with a Tom Ketterling, he came out and told me I would have an estimate in a few days. Over a week goes by and no estimate. So I called the office and the lady said some one would get back with me. Well another week went by and I call the office again, I spoke to Tom and he laughed and said he would get it to me,. I still have not received the Estimate. I give up! this company must have so much business they don't need mine. We have a large business commercial building in need of a new roof and cant get an estimate from them.

Our condominium had Stone install a roof 10 years ago. Now it needs upkeep. This year we had 4 leaks, and some difficulty getting an appointment. Super frustrating, but Brad, the supervisor, has hung in there. We walked the whole roof area and he caulked every spot that looked even remotely suspicious. Then, he photographed some construction flaws in our mansard-style roof which will probably make trouble down the road. Latest news: we found that one leak was not a roof problem at all, The wind (or some not very bright person) knocked down one of the access doors in an air conditioning well. With this year's driving rains, you can guess the rest. Well, we're all buttoned up now.Looking forward to the next rain!

Horrible service. I have an emergency and their site says 24 hour emergency fast service but I called twice and the lady told me she will have someone call me in 2 minutes and again I call in one hour and she says someone in 20 minutes and no one called me. Don't use this service that doesn't have follow up and doesn't appreciate new business.
