Their products are affordable. However they also damaged my property while delivering trusses. The woman who accompanied the truck was rude and combative in front of small children. I cannot recommend this business due to their unprofessional conduct and failure to repair or compensate for damaged property.

My only complaint with Stockton Truss is the damaged they caused to my power box and their failure to pay for the damage as spelled out in my contract. The work leading up to the Truss being delivered was great Chad did an awesome job. However, after informing them of the damaged that was caused while I was out of the state, Travis Nixon when radio silent. I initially was not that concerned thinking a box cost about 300 to 400 dollars, but after realizing that PG&E was going to require me to submit an application for service that was going to cost me thousands of dollars, I figured it would be best to let others know what the risk could be with this company and the fact they will not honor their contact that indicates they will pay for damage. I will be speaking with my attorney soon.

I have used Stockton on several projects and have always provided excellent service.Chad and Tom will answer any questions promptly. I would recommend them.
