There are sound reasons some other reviewers have given this guy One Star. Like them, I wish I could give Zero/Zip Stars. After my experience (with Mike the owner), it would be a serious understatement to say he is unprofessional. He is probably certifiable.

Anyone who wants a copy of his foul-mouthed text rant, just ask.

In short, what began as a normal proposal process descended into what I can only describe as uncalled-for hostility, accusations, swearing and what to do with my ""f-ing"" project.

Thank God I found out before hiring him. I would rather pay more to someone who is professional and hopefully, more emotionally stable, than to deal with his hair-trigger temper while on my property.

Seriously, when it descends to lunatic crazy before you've even started, why would anyone want this kind of person working on something as important as your HOME???

This company operates very professionally and aims to please the customer. We had significant roofing work done with them. Re-roofing a steeple type roof section and a flat roof over the garage and rather large over hang to front door.

Once we had our first dialogue they e-mailed a very detailed work order. Best way to work fir expensive jobs. Our biggest problem was the flat leaking roof over the garage. We repeatedly tried patching up an original bad job that came with the house.

Michael immediately diagnosed the issues with the flat roof which impressed us. I give this company 5 stars with the professionalism we experienced and a job well done.

Michael also subcontracted out extra guttering we need.


Told him I'd wait for a few rainy days before giving him the reference on
Yelp. Well after quite a few rainy days now. Have to pat Michael and his team for fixing our leaky roof and improving water drainage off the roof.

Highly recommend this company.

These negative Yelp reviews are not accurate at all. I gave Mike a shot and he came through for me. During one of the bad storms we had, I noticed my son's bedroom turned into an indoor water park. I was freaking out. I reached out to Mike and he contacted me within an hour. The next morning he showed up at my house with some of his guys to survey the damage. It was clear I needed a new roof. He tarped my roof promptly and we settled on the kind of shingles I wanted to replace what was there. He went through all the proper permitting. A couple days after tarping his guys started the work. This is quality work. I'm so happy. They replaced all my vents with better quality low profile vents and put single trim on the front of the house for that curb appeal. I'm really happy with my experience. I wouldn't trust the other negative reviews. His work speaks for itself.

The work sucks ,horrible customer service , charges taxes like crazy and Rain still leaks through some of my roofing ! Worst investment ever !!! Oh and mike is a Pervert !!! Kept staring at me up and down !!! It's on you if you want this company but they are unprofessional and if I wasn't there to be present they would have tried to fall off my roof so they can sue me smh!!!!! They even forgot to put a drip edge my work was just rushed not cool mike !!!!! And do not delete my post yelp I am simply giving my opinion and professional review about this company and if you delete that is spam

When I called Stevenson's company, they were rude from the start. They refused service and belittled me because I asked questions regarding quotes and service. I don't understand how anyone can vouch for someone like this. Please give your service to people that deserve it! We should be spreading kindness not hate the way this company does. Not to mention they are extremely unprofessional. They call past reasonable hours just to treat me in such way. I was more than willing to give them my service because of hearsay however I would never recommend them to anyone ever after how I was treated! The amount of hatred received was baffling to me.

Now let me just say the reviews for this company is not justified. Let a real yelper give some real insight. This company and Mike are nothing but amazing!!! They get back to you right away and are very trust worthy. Thank you for helping with my dads OLD house!!! The service and quality of work was purely amazing. I called around about my roof and Mike was the most professional company I dealt with. All the other ones were busy and didn't get back to me in time. His whole crew had done way more work than what was needed. I will be using them again and I will recommend to others!!! Very Great job,

Rude, extremely aggressive, unprofessional and unnecessary use of foul language. I had my assistant contact multiple roofing companies yesterday to obtain quotes and schedule consultations for leaks we have in our gym building and she reiterated to me that someone will contact me within half an hour. I did recieve the call, however the individual on the other end was very impatient, I was explaining to him we needed a quote or consultation for leaks and he spoke over me with clear distaste in his tone, when he asked what type of roof we had I didn't know the answer to so I handed the call over to my husband who was also rudely interrupted because the man wanted the address, my husband said we would need to schedule a time and the guy repeatedly spoke over him, dragging his words as if he was slow to comprehend and kept saying, 'what's the aaaaddresss'? My husband said he wanted to be present and the man says he doesn't need to be. He ended up telling him we will just call back another time and the man ends the call abruptly by saying, 'Sounds to me you guys got a bunch of bullshit going on'. Sorry but I would never recommend this business for anyone. Poor service probably results in poor work. I'd rather not risk it.
