Donna M.Needed roof replaced after Hurricane Debbie this year. Steven's Roofing responded quickly. The gentleman that came out for estimate was very nice Mr. Ripple. He took his time and after he was completely done looking at roof within 15 minutes I had a written estimate as well as copy of their License and insurance, professionally presented with certifications etc. On top of that no monies requested until job was complete! Being an insurance claim they were very understanding that I had to work not only with insurance companies but my mortgage company since check was also needing their endorsement before I would have the cash. Other company I had estimates from wanted 50% cash upfront!! Once the job was started, the crew worked quickly and the debris was hauled off immediately. My property was cleared up and the roof looks beautiful!! I highly recommend this company for their complete professionalism!
Mark C.I heard a truck racing up my street which is posted at 20 mph. It was a Stevens Roofing pickup. Not only was he speeding, but he ""blew"" through the stop sign nearby without slowing down. This is a golf cart and dog walking community (Oak Run) and fortunately no one was nearby to be scared out of their wits.
