Do not use this company. Unreliable. Was given multiple dates that Steve would ""definitely"" be at my house to complete a repair..He never showed up and noone called me. Steve was supposed to call me with what he found after completing the estimate. No calls, just a delayed email estimate. Khris, the office lady was very nice but she should have just been honest about their timeline of being able to complete the repair instead of promising appointments they can't keep. I wouldn't be writing this review if they at least called to cancel their last appointment time. Just a no call, no show, leaving my renters waiting all day for them to arrive. Communication is everything, I hope you will improve your communication in your business. Also their quote was much higher than the other company I ended up using. It was a minor repair and TSK exteriors in Saint Cloud did an amazing job. Completed the job the same day they were called. I highly recommend them!

Sorry it took so long to write this review. I have used this company twice for minor repairs. Their response time is excellent. The first time I was not home, due to some medical issues, and I wasn't available to pay them when the job was completed. I advised them of this prior to the scheduled date for the repairs. I told them we could postpone it until I was home. They fixed it anyway and I paid for the repairs later. Thank you so much. The prices for both were fair and very reasonable. No further problems with the work that had been done.

Any future problems this is the company I use.

In have used Steve Turbeville Roofing 3 times so far. Once after a hurricane years ago when they but a new shingle roof on for me. They gave me a deal on upgraded shingles and did a great job. The cleanup after the job was done was perfect. The second time was when I needed work done on my chimney and they helped me. I really appreciate the job they die. And after the last Hurricane I had them replace the shingles lost caused by the violent winds of the storm. Always courteous service and they come as scheduled. If anything needs done on my roof in the future, I will be calling them again.

The roof is fine. The problem I have is the damage done from throwing the shingle bundles down on the roof. I have a broken roof deck board that is one inch thick. I also have a bathroom vent that was knocked down as well as numerous areas of drywall ceiling texture that is cracked or damaged.

Mr Turbeville inspected my vent leak on a Tuesday and gave me an estimate. The leak was repaired by Friday of the same week and I am very satisfied with the work done. I would recommend this company to anyone.
