Better late than never, I suppose, as this review covers work done in November of 2016. Steve replaced both our roof and that of the attached home at one time for a great price. I had gotten several bids and Steve's turned out to be the lowest, but also was very thorough and addressed the contingencies inherent in replacing a ~30 year old roof. His crew worked quickly and the finished product was superb. He even replaced some damaged wood at a very low cost and gutters/downspouts were included! Steve even worked over himself into the early evening the last day to finish things up. Here it is 3-1/2 years later and it looks like it was installed yesterday. I highly recommend Steve Clark for any roofing job!

Steve came and gave us a roofing quote, after interviewing many, many other roofing companies, I knew Steve was our guy! Boy was I right, he and his employee did a great job putting in our new roof at a great price. He was very responsive and patiently answered all our questions. I have already recommended him to a neighbor that needs a new roof and he has already gone out to give them an estimate. He is definitely our guy for our roofing needs.

Steve has repaired tiles on our home that were not secured by nails or screws. The contractor who built our home used a ""fly by night"" company.

Steve quickly found and fixed our mysterious roof leak; then he created a solution to a different leak in our skylight that saved us from having to replace the whole skylight. He came in far under his bid -- even after he fixed a couple of other minor problems he noticed. We recommend him highly.

Steve does great work! We did a complete roof replacement on our home in Concord. Steve worked with us and our HVAC contractor to remove and replace the roof, install a new skylight and AC unit curb. His price was fair and reasonable and he has a great attention for detail.

Top Notch Roofing Company. Steve arrived when he said he would to start the project. I provided a complete statement of work (SOW) of the items I wanted done or taken care of for him to bid on and complete. Steve not only completed the items but took care of some additional things he discovered. As I am a contractor, I find it hard to locate qualified sub-contractors and ones that do top quality work. Steve meets those requirements. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

I'm glad to see the great reviews on Steve for complete roofing jobs and want to add mine for a roof repair. Steve completed a roof repair including replacement of some water damaged siding on my house. He also replaced and rerouted the gutter downspout to avoid future problems. Steve is honest, does great work, is great at communicating, and his prices are very fair. He's also a really nice guy who is easy to work with, so if you need a roof or just a repair give him your business!
