Very disappointed with this company. I had my roof replaced in October with the assumption they were a reputable company. I placed my home on the market and during the month of April had a contract and proceeded with inspections. I NEVER DREAMED MY HOME WOULD NOT PASS THE ROOFING INSPECTION THREE TIMES!! The initial inspection did not pass and then the inspection with the roofing expert failed. We contacted Stephens roofing. They sent Mathew who did his inspection and said he did not know what happened but it definitely would not pass inspection and he would go back to office and write the report. We contacted Gloria the next day and she said they would not do anything but eventually sent Richard for another inspection in a couple of days. (We had only a week until closing). Richard showed up 2 days later and said they would make the roof right. Sent the repairman and said they made corrections. The buyer then preformed second inspection. THE SECOND INSPECTION TURNED OUT TO BE WORSE THAN THE FIRST! We sent pictures and contacted Stephens roofing but no one has returned calls or emails. We were to close in 2 days but looks as though we will paying to have roof redone and then pursuing Stephens roofing.

New metal roof less than 2 years old. I had a leak at an exhaust pipe that caused some interior damage to the ceiling. It took them 3 weeks to come out and look at it. In the meantime I had to call another company to come out and fix it. When the repairman finally came out, he told me that someone would call (the same person that was supposed to call me about the repair appointment). This person has yet to call me. Meanwhile, the repairmen left my house without telling me he was leaving. If you are interested in a new roof or roof repair, there are so many other reputable companies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

Stephens Roofing was total professionalism. Had a leak in my roof and they showed me the signs that it was time for a full replacement. I got other bids and Stephens was in the middle of the pack. It was the competence and confidence I got from the estimator that sold me on them and I'm glad I chose them. The ladies in the office kept me up to date on scheduling. They showed up exactly on time and were done in 2 days, just like they said they would be. My neighbor used to be in the homebuilding business, so he took an interest in the job and watched them discreetly while I was at work. He told me the job was as good as any he has seen, which means a lot to me. We are 6 mos down the road now and I've had no problems. My roof looks great and its doing what its supposed to do. I wouldn't hesitate to call them or recommend Stephens Roofing.

Looking for a reputable roofing company? Stephen's Roofing isnt it! And, no, I'm not trying to tarnish their reputation. I don't want ANYONE to go through the distress, pain, frustration and disappointment I have experienced. Today, they finally completed my gutter installation and we started this process in August. SAD!! They hire inept, inefficient and RIP off contractors unless you speak up and demand them to do it right!! The first set of contractors (Mike) didn't take pictures of the install and did a crappy job...nails popping out and was a no show when he needed to come back to fix his mess. Second contractor had lousy follow-up even after we re-confirmed the date and time of said appointment. If I had to do it again, I would have used Mackenzie whom I used previously at a previous home. Stay away from this roofing company!!!

Roof 3 years old...still under warranty..home inspector said flashing was subpar....and causing leaks because they used caulk in areas as a permanent solution when caulk is only temporary..when they came to fix the problem they wouldn't fix the flashing...they just used more caulk...that should be all I have to say.

Extremely aggressive drivers. Would not recommend them to work on your roof. They are careless and put peoples lives at risk by racing and swerving in and out of lanes. These actions can only result in poor workmanship and rushed jobs. Better roofers available elsewhere.

My roof was completed satisfactorily, however, they damaged my air conditioning unit and would not take responsibility for the damage and this cost me over $4000. Therefore, I am very unhappy with their service. A copper pipe was broken which caused a leak of freon which caused my compressor to break, necessitating the replacement of the entire unit. They said we had no proof that they caused the damage but there is no other reasonable explanation. It was not broken before they came, and it was broken right after they left and no one else in the house could have done it. They hid behind the fact that I could not prove it and that cost me $4000. Trash was thrown from the root to my neighbor's yard and it was left for over a week. Roofing nails left in the driveway ruined a front tire and a new pair had to be purchased. Ok with the roof sloppy everywhere else. I am taking them to small claims court.

We called Stephens because they were recommended by Dave Ramsey. The salesperson who came out was prompt, found our roof issue and gave us a quote. We accepted it and he said they would contact us to set a date for the work. We didn't hear from them for over three weeks and it wasn't until we called them that they set a work date. The first date they set they were a no call no show and we had to call them to see what was up. They rescheduled again and again were a no call no show for the second time!!!! WE had to call them again to see what was up and to reschedule. I had already taken two mornings off of work to make sure our dogs were inside and they did not bother to call or show. The third appointment their subcontractors showed up and the information they had from Stephens was different than what our contract said so they did not have all of the necessary supplies to finish the job. The subcontractors were nice enough to come back later in the week with the correct contract and materials with an appointment we made directly with them. I would say that Stephens Roofing business etiquette leaves a lot to be desired, and their communication with their customers and workers is very poor. I would not recommend their service unless you want to be frustrated and upset.

Just had my mothers roof done with Stephens. Again, they did an extremely professional and clean job. I highly recommend if you want a quality company that is backed by GAF, you call Stephens Roofing. Our go-to rep is Luis and he is very professional and knowledgeable.
