I highly recommend Steadfast roofing. Jon was communicative and informative every step of the way. He was helpful in discussing various options within my budget. His team was hardworking and productive. Day 1 they stripped off old shingles and repaired and replaced plywood that had rotted thru excess rain. They cleaned up everything before leaving and it was spotless. Day 2 was productive installing the new shingles and completing the job. Again, left the place spotless. I am pleased with the results.

Jon came to my house to diagnose the cause of a leak in my roof. He crawled up into my attic and determined the leak was due to my solar panels. This was not something that he could work on but he helped me out anyway and didn't even ask for any money. Most companies these days won't even talk to you on the phone much less come to your house without some sort of payment up front. Jon runs the type of company that puts the customer first and it would be nice if more companies out there followed his lead. And that is why Jon will be my first call in the future if I have any issues with my roof.

Jon and his business provided some of the best and trustworthy service one can ask for. After a leak scare in our home we reached out to a few companies to look at what repairs needed to happen. Steadfast was the only company to respond with a sense of urgency, and quickly provided us with the details to the necessary repairs, which included detailed photos. The repair appointment was scheduled immediately, and again the quickest than the others, and they began work the next morning. His team worked clean, took care to be courteous of our neighbors, and got the job done in a reasonable time, faster than we expected. We were given detailed before/after photos, and their rates are very competitive. I would trust them with all the work in my home if they were able to! I know who I will call and exclusively use going forward for all my roofing needs, I'd encourage anyone else to do the same! Top Notch! From contacting the home office through selection of shingles and installation, Jon and his entire team made the process pleasant, with no stress, and great pricing. We knew from the first meeting that STEADFAST ROOFING was the roofing contractor for us. Jon was the ONLY roofing contractor to visually inspect our attic on the spot. Not one other contractor did that.

Upon our first meeting, wherein we asked a lot of questions, we were given the large boards to choose our color (which we did) and signed within 2 hours. Two weeks later, our roof was installed.

We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome, their professionalism, their courteousness, and they truly care about their customers! I called Steadfast Roofing to look at a problem with leaking in my porch. Jon was going to be in the area so he stopped by and checked everything out.
Jon showed me photos of why I was having my issue and made suggestions on how to proceed. I am having aluminum panels installed over my lanai so he suggested a good aluminum company could install the panels and fix the small issue I was having with a gap in the porch roof at the same time.

If you need some you can trust to tell you the truth and has a work ethic, Jon at Steadfast Roofing is the person you should call.

What I have found since moving to Florida is that it is difficult to find a company you can trust and show up to do the work. I will be telling everyone I know to call Steadfast Roofing for any issues.
