I selected Steadfast for a roof repair due to their high rating of 5 stars. I scheduled a quote for the next day, during which I received an estimate to replace two skylights and fix a roof leak. I returned the signed quote via email within an hour. Subsequent communication issues arose, including difficulties in scheduling a specific time for the repairs, with an initial estimate of ""sometime in the middle of next week"" being provided without further clarification. Upon follow-up, there was confusion regarding receiving the signed quote, which I had emailed back immediately. They took no accountability and scheduled the repair for a Saturday now. Post-repair, it was noted that precautions to protect the interior from the debris were not taken, resulting in a considerable mess and shingle nails found within the home for days after. I've done contract work for years, and the job was very unprofessional, but this is Florida, so I am getting used to it. I would have given them 1 star, but they were reasonably priced and finished the job, which is saying a lot about these days.

Absolutely the best! Repaired my Hurricane Milton damage perfectly and found the exact shingles, which had been discontinued by the manufacturer! Great customer service Franklin came to my house that was effected by Milton and was patient with my family assured us that the roof will be done the right way with w2 workers from the company and that was our biggest concern who was going to do it and pricing was affordable and easy not to mention everyone else's pricing was through the roof!

Ethan returned my call and made things right. I appreciate that he apologized and came out to complete the repairs. He fixed some ridge caps and replaced some missing shingles. He also sealed areas that needed it and cleaned up the broken shingles he took off. He did a stellar and diligent job at a fair price.
