The best experience I have ever had with any contractor...I made an offer to buy a home late last year and my home inspector found issues with the roof which was only 1 year old. Alex was willing to check to see if repairs had been completed by the original roofer after the inspection (Alex found many issues and took photos of some issues still not fixed.) Alex provided a fair quote and subsequently sent a large crew over to complete all roof repairs plus installation of new gutters in a single day...their quality of workmanship is very good -- he and his team are true professionals.

I've worked with A LOT of contractors since moving into my older home almost two years ago. It got to the point where I was starting to get jaded and it was beginning to affect my being able to enjoy the house. I've learned that a good contractor (like a good auto mechanic) is one in a million. Once you find them, KEEP THEM! They are worth their weight in gold! Thank God I came across Alex and his team. He is one of the few professionals that have everything that I expect. Communication is spectacular. They actually clean up after themselves, they pay attention to detail, and the work is solid. Alex has actually done a few jobs for me. I had some rotten fascia board that needed replacing about 8 months ago. He came in and not only replaced the fascia, but made sure that he attached the proper flashing and shingles to prevent any future issues. 8 months later everything is holding up well.

Then, just recently, I had a skylight spring a leak and brought Alex back in. He explained exactly what was happening and what my options were. I also showed him some other roof issues that had cropped up and he was able to walk me through what I was seeing there as well. They were able to schedule me just a few days after the initial consultation and were in and out in just shy of a work day. He took pictures before, during and after the work. He reviewed the images with me and explained their process. I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to get a couple of good downpours on the construction before I made any judgement. Well, after 3 big rains, I couldn't be happier. No leaks whatsoever.

Statewide is a keeper. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I am so happy that I was able to find Statewide roofing in a time of need. The roof of my house started to leak water from the heavy rain and I knew it would not hold up anymore! Alex was able to answer all my questions and come by the next day for an inspection/ assessment. He was able to find the problem and fix it along with helping us straighten out our uneven roof. I wanted another day to write a review because of another heavy rain occurred and I saw that there was absolutely no leak or stain on my roof since he fixed it so I know that they did a great job! I highly recommend them for all roofing needs! They will work with you and give you a fair estimate. They are also licensed, insured, and have warranties which is a huge plus and a must!

First this review is long overdue...LOL. I cringed so long in checking for quotes/estimates for roof repairs, because you hear all the scams of companies automatically saying a new roof is needed. Needless to say after the storms last fall, the leak got worse and couldn't put off any longer! I received multiple quotes and pleasantly surprised all companies agreed a new roof wasn't need just roof repair! Thank Goodness!!

After receiving multiple quotes for a roof leak which caused staining in my bathroom ceiling, I decided to go with Alex! Unlike the other quotes, Alex included estimate for drywall damage caused by leaking. Alex and his team arrived on time starting with roof repair. All debris was carefully and thoroughly removed. Next they inspected the drywall for damages where the leak stains were visible. Alex stated no drywall damage and it only needed Killz followed by painting! Alex and team did a great job truly can't tell leak ever existed! Well I was intended to write my review on 1/10 and glad I waited! Recall with the past 2 weeks we've had rain/snow(2x) and still no signs of leak! Give this company a chance will not disappoint!

Extremely poor customer service. Took off work to be at the house for a 4:30 appt only to no show. I called at 4:50 and the guy (Alex bello) tells me that his truck broke down. I asked if he had planned on calling and he just kept repeating that the truck was broken. No understanding of customer service. I attempted to call the office at 4:57 and was cut off midsentence by latosha and told to hold. At this point I was disconnected. I attempted to call back and surprise surprise the office is closed. They do have an option to speak to a rep and I chose this, which routed me back to the guy that was supposed to be at my house. I have no idea about the quality of their work but I can tell you that customer service is a foreign language to these people. Awful.

I believe in making an informed decision, and doing my homework when hiring a professional. So, I came here and did my research. After reading so many great reviews, I decided to give Alex a call and he responded quickly. His price was more than reasonable, and he was patient with me while picking the colors. Now I have a beautiful new roof.
Alex's company does more than roofing; I learned he's a general contractor. They made other repairs at home as well.

Here is the best part, I had some issues with DirectTV regarding the satellite dish realignment. That's a whole another story. In any event, Alex came over on a Sunday, 10 days after the job was completed to see if he could help. Now, that's customer service! Needless to say, I'm very pleased to have found Alex and his crew thanks to yelp. I will definitely use him again, and strongly recommend his services.

Alex and his team were incredibly responsive and quickly fixed three leaks in our roof (including an issue with our flat roof, which is always a challenge. He also took regular photos and kept us updated as to the status. We recommend him completely!!

Alex and his team fantastic. After the wind storms recently, I had to have a tarp placed and the roof inspected. Alex had a tarp on the roof and an estimate within a day. The estimates are on point with no surprises and he returns call within a few hours. If I ever need roof repair or replacement in the future, I will call Statewide Roofing.

I called Alex Bello one day and he was able to come to the house the very next day ( this was right after hurricane Irma) which was more than I could say for the other companies I called. He was able to do the job quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!
