State roofing did an excellent job from Mr Giffin's inspection of my roof- to crews installation- to cleanup. He inspected my roof and explained the process of meeting with the insurance adjuster. Excellent communication about the condition of my roof made the insurance claim process very easy. Installation crew was on time, very considerate of my yard, and the clean up was amazing. This is the second house State Roofing has done for me over the years and I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

- Showed up on time and went over everything in detail and always answer my additional questions by phone or text afterward.
- had an issue with Allstate regarding the claim due to hail damage. Mr. Chase went beyond to offer assistance.

- The crews showed up early to start work and completed my whole roof in one day. They cleaned really well afterward. No nails left behind even I had to go to work and was unable to stay for follow-up.
- Mr. Chase worked with me on the financial side.

Initial consultation was fine. The rep showed up on time, went over everything in detail and offered assistance for any additional questions. The job was scheduled fairly quickly. On the day of, the crew showed up bright and early to start work and seem to have done a good job. Time will tell.
I did take issue with a few things. First, some of the workers decided to use my back yard as their restroom. There's a gas station not even a mile from my house and they stopped around noon to take a break, but still used my yard instead. Second, they spray painted a few pieces to finish the job, but instead of using shingle scraps or a host of other available items they decided to spray paint in my grass. Third, they were slightly pushy to collect but hadn't finished all contracted work. And the rep, instead of speaking with me directly as he had up until completion, decided to have someone from the office call me.
All in all I think the work was good and the company is reputable. However, though the service started out good, it went downhill on the back end.

I experienced some issues with State Roofing Company and would warn others. Mainly a failure to communicate and lack of follow through in the inspection and estimation process. Purchasing a new roof is a major decision and I didn't feel like State Roofing Company helped me through the process. I ended up going with another company that did a much better job.

Complete new roof on 2-story house due to hail damage. They were excellent to work with. They were side-by-side with the insurance company, adjuster and inspectors. Excellent work and quality, on time and they cleaned up the messed as if no one was there.
