Ty S.Recently bought a house in Johnson City with a leaky roof as evidenced by worsening water stains on bedroom sheetrock. Called Starr Roofing and talked to Pete, and he was very accommodating with my schedule. Pete came out quickly and did a thorough inspection of the entire roof and attic to assess the situation. He took a lot of time explaining his findings; I even got up on the roof with him and he showed me where my (worst) issue likely is. Told me how I can address the issue in the short term as well as pointing out some other potential problem areas; didn't try to sell me anything I don't need. Pete's going to give me an estimate for some things I definitely need to have done at some point in the future, but no pressure and no charge for the assessment and expert advice. I really appreciate the time and expertise and plan to use Starr Roofing in the future.
