They explained exactly what they were going to do and answered all our questions. The onsite workers were diligent and the office receptionist likewise.

One small interior repair was handled expertly.

Star Waterproofing did a terrific job on waterproofing my two balcony decks in the Berkeley Hills. As accredited installers of the WestCoat waterproofing system, they clearly are experts at the multilayered process as the work progressed smoothly & quickly over just a few days. They even removed & reinstalled my patio doors in order to place metal drip pans underneath prior to installing the system. Although they were the highest bid of several suppliers, I appreciated the speed and professionalism in which they were able to tackle this job, and felt the quality & cleanliness of the work was well worth the cost. Also included is a 5-yr workmanship warranty. I highly recommend STAR WATERPROOFING & ROOFING for your next project!

Their housepainters over sprayed my car & caused $1150 worth of damage. Gilbert admitted they were liable but refused to pay and has been dodging my insurance company.
The painters also used a gas power washer in the garage when they were working and gassed the whole building. The carbon monoxide alarms went off & thankfully people were there to open the doors and make sure the pets were safe. These people are as shady as it gets.
