While Brad came highly recommended to us about 14 years ago, recent requests for services over the past three years have gone from commitment, to flaky then completely non-responsive.

We are not the type to negotiate prices downward or skimp on quality over price. When we were ready to spend $5K for multiple attic fans there was enthusiasm then silence. When we were willing to pay for ridge caps, the same. In the past twelve months we wanted a maintenance contract in order to keep the 40 year material in good condition. Silence. Why Brad has gone from customer service oriented to this is only something that he knows the answer to. Would we hire Brad again if he flipped 180 degrees? Quite possibly. Lets see if this post does the trick.

Brad and his team did great. He responded quickly. He came out and gave me a free estimate quickly, and while he was here actually fixed the leak in my roof for free. Then replaced the roof at a very reasonable price with great quality. Overall I'm very happy.

This company did demo and destroyed our garage. Debris inside, nails everywhere. Pieces left in the back and side yards. We dangerous for car tires and our dog. We asked them to clean, they made it worse using blowers and getting dust and particles inside our washer and dryer etc. They promised to resolve it to our satisfaction once they were done. They have ignored our attempts at communication.

Got a few quotes and Brad's price was the best. Good, clean work. We're really happy with our new roof.

Do not do business with those people. Owner Brad will tell you he is coming back to give you an estimate but he wont show up. Lousy business. They go after big money. if your project is small they wont bother coming back. Good talker but no action. Avoid those people.

We just had our new roof installed by Star Course Roofing Co. and we are so pleased not only with the roof that was installed but also with the entire company. The crew that arrived at our home were outstanding in the way they worked, the work they did, the neatness of our entire yard when they finished and the way they conducted themselves. Brad is the owner and he maintained contact with us throughout the whole job. We were so impressed with this company and the job that they did. We can't recommend them any higher.
