He also did a great job at roof repairs at my rental properties. He is always very professional, reliable, dependable, and gets the job done in the best way possible. Last year, 2018, we had a leak from our garage tile roof. I called 6 different roofers to check our roof and give me the estimate. You would not believe the price ranges I received. Some of these roofer businesses are so dishonest they will tell you you need to replace the whole roofing. St Charles & Son Roofing was the only one that sounded honest & practical. I chose this company to fix & replace our tile roofs that are needed. I would highly recommend this company. This year, 2019, with so much rain we got, St Charles & Sons Roofing definitely fixed & replaced the bad roof tiles.

We had interviewed serveral companies and decided to go with St Charles & Son Roofing after meeting with Todd. Their pricing was competitive, and their service and workmanship was professional and excellent. Todd addressed all of our concerns, including the roof replacement around 4 skylights. He even came back after the job was completed to answer additional questions. The work was done last summer and we're now posting our review after the heavy rains. No leaks! Highly recommend.

We purchased our new home in July of 2017 and St. Charles had installed new roofing and solatubes in November of 2016. Last month we went to clean the solatubes and couldn't reinstall the lenses. We called St. Charles and the owner offered to come out to to look at them. He arrived on time, was very polite and professional, educated us, and reinstalled the lenses for the solatubes without charge. This company is a class act and stands by their work 100%. I would highly recommend them without reservation and will definitely be calling them if we ever need any roofing work! 5 stars!!!

Todd St Charles gave me the best quote out of three firms to re-do the spanish tile roof on my home in Santa Clarita. More important to me however, was the character and professionalism of Todd. He arrived on time, politely and patiently answered all my questions, and provided me a written estimate within 24 hours. I never felt as though he was exaggerating or upselling me. His open and direct manner was impressive. His crew arrived punctually every morning. They worked steadily each day, cleaning up as they went. I'm very pleased with the work, and would highly recommend this company. A final comment: Although we had a written agreement, Todd is one of the few, maybe only, contractors whom I would be willing to proceed on a job with only a handshake agreement. Todd replaced our garage roof and half of the roof of our main house after we noticed a leak. He and his crew were diligent, quick, efficient and left our house spotless. We had gotten multiple estimates and Todd's was competitive. He also had a solution for our leaks which was significantly better than all of the other roofers we had gotten estimates from. Todd is also really nice and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anyone!

Todd did a roof inspection/certification for a newly remodeled house we were intending to buy. He was very thorough and spent a good half an hour with us, gently breaking the news that the ""new roof"" really needed to be completely replaced since two major sections had been haphazardly patched together with very old materials and the underlying material had gaps where rain would leak into the house. He told us that he wouldn't certify the roof, even for 2 years, and therefore he wouldn't even charge us. The sellers tried to claim that the roof was fine but ended up getting several more opinions which all matched Todd's. Todd was very kind and professional and I almost wish the house that we actually ended up buying had a roof that needs replacing so we could work with him again! :)
