I just wanted to give two thumbs up to St. Charles and son and specifically to Todd who who came out to give us a quote on our roof replacement. Once we set the appointment, Todd showed up promptly, was professional and friendly and explained the entire process. He provided a specific time frame to send the estimate and it was received in that time frame. The estimate seemed fair, compared to others we received. Unfortunately their time frame to start the job was several weeks out and we needed something sooner, so we opted for another company. However, had it not been for that factor, it is highly likely we would have selected St. Charles and son.

Todd and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Todd came out right away and gave me an estimate. The price was very fair and he was able to work our job into his schedule on short notice which was MUCH appreciated. He gave addresses where we could see the various color shingles we were interested in so we could judge a real roof rather than make a decision from the sample. He was also happy to bring whatever samples over so we could see the actual product. Anyway, long story short we couldn't be happier. The crew did an amazing job and cleaned up every day. Beautiful. I recommend them highly.

We went with St. Charles and worked with Todd to re-roof our 1st home several years ago and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Todd didn't try to sell us on anything. He seemed very genuine and professional which is why we chose him to do the job. He was reasonably priced as well. A few years later we move into our new home with concrete tile roofing and some of the tiles needed to be realigned as they had slipped down. Todd came through even though it was a very small job and did the job himself, gave us some information about our roof and left. He is so gracious and kind and I am so glad that we had the opportunity to work with him again even for such a minor job. We'll be sure to call him back once we need to reroof this house. Just have to give a huge shout out to Todd at St. Charles & Son roofing. He answered our call quickly, came out the next day to give us an estimate, but ended up fixing everything we needed done that same day. He went above and beyond what he had to do. Super nice and would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs roofing work done.
