I called & Todd showed up. That in it self today in L.A. is a miracle. Always returned calls or picked up the phone and showed up at the time they said they would be here.

Todd gave an honest bid on main house and 2 guest houses! The best was him telling us what wood needed replacing and mid project stopping that we needed new insulation. ""Better to do it right"". I Love that work ethic!

His demo crew showed up all wearing masks during covid. Stripped all existing roofs, left the place as clean as they found it! Amazing!
Then his roofing crew comes. Introduces themselves, JC Best foreman! They are good guys, helpful, clean, and efficient!
They had to postpone job 2 weeks for insulators.

Now crazy weather change to rain in a minute they are here at 430am covering roof with plastic to protect my property. Todd, owner, too not just sending his worker bees. Impressive today. Everyone on crews communicated well in English and always polite and happy!!

I'm picky about my construction crews. I highly recommend Todd, JC, & all the guys! Hard to find this kind of work, quality, & integrity in SoCal. Best roofing & construction experience I've had in 10 years of rehabbing my property. Wish I found them sooner!

The reviews on here is what made me select St. Charles & Son Roofing for repairs. St. Charles & Son Roofing was very kind and responsive at the beginning, he did some repairs in the beginning of the year (2019) that is why I don't understand what happened . He was suppose to start working on a new roof at my house, he told me he would start November. I have left him a few messages and called him in the mid of November and he never got back to me. I would have appreciated an honest call back. :/
